The app is very good, but it is barely enough if there is no support behind it.
Actually there is, as they have an easily accessible chat in-app, but on the other hand there isn't, as they absolutely don't do anything about chargebacks against frauds and they will not help getting your money back.
This is deeply saddening and worrying that a bank like Revolut can support fraudulence and will not do anything to help their clients to get their money back.

Unbelievably bad service. The agents are all stupid, god knows where they find these morons, none of them have a grasp of the English language which makes trying to communicate with them very difficult.
If you’re going to operate a business in the UK, for heaven sake get staff who understand English.
I would never recommend Revolut to anybody even if they actually gave me the promised £50 for recommending friends and family (you will never get this payment) I am really disappointed with the lies and disgusting service from this company and would strongly discourage anybody from falling for their lies and scams.

These guys are the worst. Their support knows mostly a s...t! If you face any issue they won't hep you at all! If you raise chargeback - no help either! It feels like they have a chatbot on Customer Support as all agents keep telling the same bull.....t! Revolut was good years back but they are becoming even worse than the bank. If you guys will have some issues in Australia just contact AFCA as they will be able to help you with anything you may have with Revolut. This company is becoming scammers. Honestly!
REVOLUT IS USELESS IN OUR COUNTRY
I tried to sign up on this app because I have to verify a payment with WISE well to my surprise, they do not service Philippines yet. It's 2022 and they're still limiting the countries where they open their services. Unfortunately, for some reason, Wise uses their app to confirm payments. How the hell am I supposed to confirm payment with an app that I cannot use? CRAZY RIGHT?! Why not let me verify it using VISA instead since my card is VISA?!

$5000 MISSING NOW FOR 3 MONTHS. What are Revolut doing ? Blaming everyone else. Abysmal service and useless for small businesses. When you need help you cant get it and they say they dont have my money any more. Deny all responsibility. Stay clear. And maybe I'm going to loose $5000 because of them and JP Morgan in london, their "intermediary partner". What a joke.

This bank will not stand for your rights or protect your money.
The situation is that I have purchased a graphics card or pre-order. I was in the line, waiting for it to arrive. The purchase happened in February 2021, the seller company got liquidated in may of this year. I just noticed this and tried to get my money back. Can not contact the merchant, as he even deleted his discord account. And Revolut states that they have this 120 days policy.
I am sorry, revolut, I did not have a crystal ball to predict that this merchant will go bankrupt. Because if I had it, I probably would see that I have to avoid you guys in all ways possible
I suggest finding a more reliable bank, and this is what I am doing at the moment.

This company keeps getting worse and worse. Months to solve an issue and keeping account frozen. Customer chat just stop answering. I regret so much that I kept using this ridiculous service. Anyone out there who still has access, transfer funds and close off your accounts. Run while you still can.
Hidden fees and expensive “alternative”
Revolut used to be a great service. I’ve been using the service for 4 years, but bit by bit they’ve started charging for services that used to be free and setting ridiculous limits on exchanges. The standard version became too limited. Therefore, I upgraded to premium and I have been using that for 1 year and 2 weeks. But I have now moved to a different country I do not need the same services anymore, and when I tried to cancel the premium plan there was a massive cancellation fee, which I was not made aware of when I signed up. Ridiculous. They also did not let me know when they changed this because I am pretty sure it did not exist when I signed up.
I will be closing my account and using their one of the competitors. My conventional bank is cheaper than this “alternative”. Avoid at all cost.

AVOID IN ALL COSTS. I got scammed by Revolut. What happened is that I transferred money from my main bank account to my Revolut account. I didn’t receive the money on my revolut account for weeks and the support are punch of incompetent employees. All they can do is telling you we didn’t receive the money on our system and call the sending bank. I tell them that sending bank has confirmed that the transaction is received by Revolut, they still insist on the same answer. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Mavericks. Cancelled my physical card while just arrived in Portugal and needed €300 deposit on card. No warning, no customer service. This was done because of really exciting enhancements to my card, which I now can’t use. What’s more exciting than that. But hey, I can order a new one and wait 10 days. No compensation offered for having to put the deposit on my uk credit card with large fees. Lucky I did have another option. Totally irresponsible bank. FCA take note of how easily they can drop you in it. Let’s hope wallet payments are taken in this remote corner of Europe.

I had my account locked with no reason given and they keep telling me that the "relevant team" is working on it. The relevant team does not come back with the solution. I find this sad because I made good use out of Revolut; but, to just block access to a persons money with no explanation? This is ludicrous. This locking happened after they locked my daughter's juniour account and I had to send her birth cert 3 times because they changed her name, wrongly, and I had to have them change it back. They did this and unlocked her account then locked mine, and consequently, hers the next day. Incompetence to a high degree! caveat emptor!

They were asking for my personal data from some contracts that have personal data of other people. After I saw they exagerate, I didn't want to respond for some time. I want my account to be erased, but I can't reach anyone because is restricted and I can't contact a normal person to talk to.

Tried to just change my address so I could get a new card ready to start travelling post Covid, you would have thought that would be simple enough, log on to my account, put in new details ... NO.
App wouldn't accept my new address, the website didn't even have the option to try.
Have just spent hours 'chatting' with one of their people online, finally tried to close my account and transfer the money back to my bank account ... can't.
The person I have been chatting to all morning came up the idea that I put more money into the account so there is enough for their system to allow me to take all my money out so I can close the account.
Hmmm.

Just came to Thailand and can't pay for anything. Failed "cause our system found this transaction suspicious".
Restaurant with 30 years history - failed.
5 others cafes and supermarket - failed.
Airalo - international eSIM operator - failed.
Grab - international taxi app - failed.
I don't know why I need your card if I can't pay for anything.
And chat operators cannot do anything or provide details
