Ordered a sample of fabric (not free) and received the wrong sample. Chased for correct sample but didn't hear back at all.
Shame as I wouldn't order without seeing the fabric.

Sent out free fabric samples, which arrived quickly. This was a great help in choosing the colour of the storage bench. Responded quickly to requests via email.

I treated myself to this stunning ottoman that I had been eyeing for a while, and I am absolutely delighted. It arrived promptly and exceeded my expectations in both design and quality. The craftsmanship is excellent, it was made exactly as promised.

I have high standards and will admit I’m something of an interior snob but R&M Designs truly delivers. What you see in their designs is exactly what you get, beautiful, well made furniture that feels and looks what I consider to be premium.

I already bought an ottoman bench from R&M a couple of years ago (a v long grey one) and I love it! So for
Xmas I got my 2 daughters one each - pink 120cm and duck egg 137cm - both with the golden legs. They are stunning - beautiful soft velvet - and have loads of storage space with a hinged lid. They were delivered really fast (couple of days!) and in perfect condition. I spent ages previously searching for storage benches and I think R&M have a uniquely lovely and affordable range of ottomans and impeccable customer service (they also sent me some sample colours first class so I could select the right colour and still order in time for Xmas). Highly highly recommend! Thank you so much!

A mix up over the order initially.
Was told it was ready to collect, but wasn't ready when I got there.
They made up for this by bringing the footstool to my house the same evening, waiting outside until I unwrapped it and made sure I was satisfied.

Easy to navigate website, huge range of styles and colours to suit your decor along with functionality. Checkout process was quick and simple, with the option of Apple Pay. The delivery was well within the stated timeframe and when the item arrived I simply had to screw on the legs and the bench was ready to go. Really pleased with the size, and overall look of the item, exceptional quality - delighted!

I ordered 3 fabric swatches on the 1st October 2025. It’s the 13th October 2025 and I’ve received nothing, heard nothing, and according to my order number they haven’t been dispatched.
