I am more than happy with Robinsons Caravans Worksop. We took delivery of a new Buccaneer Commodore on the 7th June 2022. After what seemed an endless wait, supply problems for Elddis meant that from order in July 2021 to deliver was over 10 months. Through out this period David Horvath kept us as informed as he could and with a couple of false promises by Elddis re programmed delivery, I am sure the staff at Robinsons were as frustrated as us.
That said the handover was performed to a high and humourous standard by Wayne, we have been caravaners for 30 years but he was very informative and did a good job. The new caravan delivery was sorted very quickly as David knew we were going away and we collected it the afternoon before our trip. The staff were all very pleasent and helpful throughout the purchase and delivery. I have experienced a few dealers over the 30 years and Robinsons have been very good certainly compared to some others and I am more than happy with them. We contacted them shortly after our first trip for some additional bits of kit and they sorted this for us and had the items in less than 2 weeks, given the current supply problems that is very good.
I would recommend Robinsons caravans Worksop if you are considering a new caravan.

From the first E mail query to us driving away with our new dream caravan, the team at Robinson's Caravans Chesterfield have been so helpful, always going the extra mile to meet our requests. Scott the sales rep has been our point of contact and was able to deal with our initial enquiry in a helpful and understanding manner, despite it all being via e mail. We were really happy with the part ex quote and the way he talked us through each stage. Scot even dealt with our queries when he was not at work to ensure we got what we wanted. On arrival to exchange caravans, although early, this did not throw the team. I met Carl who walked and talked me through the hand over of my new caravan in a humorous but serious manner. He explained the systems and how every thing worked in a logical sequence, and I learnt a lot from him beyond how to get the most from my caravan. Again nothing was a problem, including putting a battery into the caravan at last minute and ensuring the caravan was correctly hooked up prior to leaving. Scot again dealt with the admin of the purchase swiftly and arranged some late purchases for me. I would have no hesitations in recommending the team from Robinson's Caravans for your next purchase. They are professional, helpful and knowledgeable, and nothing is too much for them. Special thanks to Scott and carl.

We recently purchased a new Swift Sunrise 880 from Robinsons and the whole process was seamless and efficient from start to finish. Scott in sales was great, nothing too much trouble and he answered all our questions, even the silly ones! Carl who did the handover was invaluable, he fully demonstrated and explained every detail even suggesting we video him for later reference which I'm glad we did, excellent service, would highly recommend.

I purchased a new Bailey caravan at Robinsons Chesterfield 28/03/2021,
I returned caravan on 07/10/2021 to have some warranty work done, a list was made out by Linda as to the jobs that needed doing, I understand that it’s very difficult to obtain parts at present for any caravan.
To date we are still awaiting blinds, washroom door hinge, apparently the washroom door lock and handle has been replaced but part of it appears to be missing.
One of the parts that was required was a replacement light switch as the rocker switch had got little resistance to it which was confirmed by one of your workshop technicians and your sales Manager at the time.
There was a base cushion that needed replacing, I had to sort that out with Baileys first and they got on to Robinsons, that has now been replaced.
When I rang Linda for an update as to the progress, she informed me that Leah said tell me there was nothing wrong with switch and it was a wiring fault as to how the resistance on a rocker switch can be a wiring fault is an impossibility, also Leah assured Bailey Caravan on around 21/01/22 that a switch was not required as there was nothing wrong with it.
I collected my caravan 04/02/22 as it’s been sat in your compound since 07/10/2021 when there I mentioned the faulty switch had not been changed to your sales Manager, he promptly fetched one changed it himself, a cupboard door still needs replacing but your staff ordered wrong door how they can get that wrong when they’ve got caravan to check against it.
Your staff was not interested in doing anything about any parts from Bailey Caravans until I chased the parts myself with head of customer service manager [Gillian Pitcher] very helpful lady.
I had provisionally ordered another new caravan when you’ve got stock with Brian your salesman, 2 lots of commission lost for Brian and 2 caravan sales lost for Robinsons but sadly this will not be happening now as I’ll be going elsewhere, all down to you customer service staff.
Your sales manager asked when I was going to return caravan for rest of warranty work, he was none to please when told him it wouldn’t be going back in Robinsons, Also the registration for the warranty on my caravan has not been done by your staff yet it took 15 months to get that sorted and Bailey caravans had to intervene to sort that.
Just before Christmas Leah rang telling me to collect my caravan from your yard and saying the instructions came from your director as there wouldn’t be any insurance cover on my van.
When I purchase the caravan your staff fitted motor movers for me, and that was not wired correctly into battery box. I don’t have a problem with any other of your departments apart from service dept. I expect a decent level of service and not to be lied to by incompetent two faced staff in service department. End of the day if your prepared to be messed about, lied to on numerous and deal with idiot staff that’s not got a clue best of luck to you

Picked up a new Swift Basecamp 4 from Robinsons at an excellent price. Brian in sales was super helpful. Carl did our handover - it was brilliant. There's only one thing that Robinsons could have done to improve our experience - loaned us Carl to come away for a few days on our first trip! Not experienced aftersales care yet but based on our experiences so far, we've got high expectations.

Absolutely first class service from Robinsons from start to finish. Just picked up our 2022 Bailey Alicanto Porto from them yesterday. Nothing has been too much trouble from the whole team. We visited the NEC in Birmingham this year and were very impressed with what was on offer.
But Robinsons of Worksop stood out by far.
Extremely helpful staff, not pushy but full of advice and knowledgeable in a relaxed and friendly Manor.
So much so that we purchased our new Elddis avante from them and picked up the following week.
We travelled from N Wales to Nottinghamshire to pick up and handover.
It was well worth it.
We were met by Ozz ( Dave) who immediately got us a cup of tea......friendly efficient competent and fantastic. He made sure all paperwork and warranties were in Place.
Our handover was with Wayne who shared excellent tips and advice....he was thorough and extremely knowledgeable.

We would like to thank Robinson's service and repair team at Brimington for the friendly and efficient service which they have provided for us over a number of years, on several caravans.
They have efficiently carried out the annual services and repairs and identified faults covered by manufacturer's warranty which we had not even spotted.
On one occasion they carried out warranty repairs unfairly refused by the manufacturer, at no cost to ourselves.
We would particularly like to thank Sarah, Richard and Tony for the way they have handled a recent warranty damp repair, taking the time to explain to us their findings and method of repair.

We’ve just exchanged our caravan at Robinsons, Brimington. We dealt with Scott who’s very friendly, not pushy and was able to answer all our queries, nothing was too much trouble. On the collection of our new van we had a handover with Carl who took us through everything, inside and out. Very knowledgeable, informative and again very friendly and nothing too much trouble.
