Spend money to get a “prescription” sent to you. - which is a herbal tablet you can buy over the counter at the chemist FOR HALF THE PRICE!! An absolute joke of a service. I wish I had been given advice of it using them

I saved money and time with you at Rosemary, thank you! 😊 For anyone else interested in this service: I have a repeat prescription and was tired of having to get a doctors appointment every time I needed it refilled (I had to pay for my doctors appointments too). With this Rosemary service, I don't have to to pay for doctors appointments anymore and the medication is delivered to me! 5 stars!

One star, but would go much lower if possible.
A very unethical company.
Their procedure is flawed right from the outset, but then once you've signed on, they bombard you with spam.
Even after I unsubscribed, and sent them a few emails, I was still getting constant emails and text messages trying to coerce me into buying products I didn't want or need.
Their direct marketing has stopped now, but all of a sudden I'm being inundated with health related junk mail.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm on long-term medication. Before I started with Rosemary I had to go to my GP every six months to get a new script, which was honestly pretty pointless because at this point the medication and dosage has been constant for years.

I signed up with Rosemary because my GP is outside the 5km COVID restriction, and now I don't think I'd go back. Just makes so much more sense to do it online.

What an experience. For years I’ve suffered with acne and have visited dermatologists and GP’s with no avail. However Rosemary Health has changed all that. They’re prompt in their response timeframes and give advice on medication, diet and which products to use thats applicable to my specific skin requirements. It has changed my life and best of all I didn’t need to leave my house! Dr Bui is informative, knowledgeable and follows me through my journey.

Rosemary Health have wonderful gps and are prompt with the responses. If you have queries and feel a bit hesitant or unable to go to medical centres, you can easily just send them an email about your enquiry online and you will immediately receive a prompt response. Saves the time and hassle!

Initially the service seems to have potential. However the verification aspect seems to be broken and sends you in endless loops. Massive down grade in stars due to inability to control credit card on file, inability to cancel service, inability to send email successfully the contact doctor via the contact Dr link....it doesn't actually populate an address in email. I had an email from Rosemary saying a reorder is due, I replied to cancel such reorder. I had no replies, I sent many emails, even to the hello at rosemaryhealth.com.au option, still no reply. Yet got emails saying order on the way. Very frustrating. Also when looking back on initial prescription it said it would cost $48.99.....then when sent it charged $55.99 or thereabouts.....why the markup in price? I'd already paid the consult fee. Look it has great potential but huge downfalls in customer control and service. I'm yet to hear if the prescription is cancelled as I said I cannot actually cancel the Rosemary account from within the platform. No phone number to call either from what I could see. Very disappointed!

I will admit I generally avoid going to the docs partly because I don't like taking time away from work and as my sister is a doctor I would speak with her for anything urgent, however for the last year she's been working in the US and suggested I try a telehealth service. Couldn't believe how easy and quick Rosemary was, the questionnaire was thorough the response quick, and if the treatment works as well as the consultation has I'll be one happy little camper! Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a professional, quick, and easy way to have their medical concerns dealt with!

It was easy to have my medication delivered using Rosemary.
I didn’t have to visit a doctor or pharmacy, which was time saving, and safe especially now with social distancing.

Ever since social distancing it's been hard to make doctor's appointments, and I hate sitting in the waiting room. Rosemary means I can get my medication delivered super fast and contact the same doctor if I have any questions. Great service.

It's incredible how easy it is to use Rosemary to get my prescriptions sent to my house. I love that I don't have to take time off work to go to the doctor just for a rescript and you can do it all online. Definitely recommending to all my friends!
