Easy to do online with best benefits for price even tho my dog is,quite old

I have my Cat insured with the RSPCA since the day he was born. He is currently 4 years old, has a littermate from the same litter born on the same day, but she is a girl. They get the same yearly Vet visits, have no pre-existing conditions and are completely healthy. Now my insurance premium for my boy has gone up by over 100 quid per year to over £400 while his sister, mind you same litter, same age, has gone up by 24 quid to £250. I called the RSPCA and they cannot and won't reduced the price of the insurance offering me only an Amazon Voucher as a gesture of goodwill or to reduce coverage to bring down the insurance premium. They also do not price match online prices when signing up as a new customer for the same cat, which would bring down the insurance price to £314. Overall I am disappointed and am not left with a good feeling of choosing the RSPCA pet insurance in the first place.

Do not use this company my dog was ran over they have tried everything not to pay told me I would have money back for cremation within days and it’s took weeks still awaiting an assessor. Refusing to accept paperwork that isn’t hand written and I’ve had to chase up vets for more information because they could not be bothered. Really disgusting customer service to someone who has lost a loved pet cancelled my others dog insurance today

During a really stressful time due to my dog going downhill rapidly and numerous initial blood tests and scans being inconclusive the claim process was very easy considering although for the same treatment over days I had paid upfront n various amounts it was all self with as a continual claim. As the treatment at my own vets had to be paid upfront and claim paid back to me once she was referred to specialist at vet hospital I didn’t have to pay upfront and they were happy to wait for the claim money to get paid to them directly which it was and it was all a very smooth process,
