Really cannot thank the RSPCA Insurance enough for their quick payout after our Great Dane puppy needed emergency spinal surgery. There was no quibbling about the costs from the vets and they dealt with our vets directly taking away anymore stress from us. They simply are an amazing company to have your pets insured with

A Quick Response....
My little dog had to have unexpected multiple teeth extracted following a routine scale and polish procedure, which is distressing enough for both pet and owner.
The veterinary costs practically doubled as a result, and then the worry of finance became a big problem.
I swiftly made a claim on line. Instantly my situation was acknowledged and within 5 working days I received payment in full, less my Policy excess charge.

I renewed the RSPCA pet insurance…
I renewed the RSPCA pet insurance because we had a good response from them with our previous dog who developed a brain tumour and had to be put to sleep. The insurance company dealt with the final claim as per the terms of the insurance and settled accordingly, not something you can take for granted these days.

Excellent Service from the time I claimed on 25th April, and the claim was settled on 6th May 2026. Took no time at all, was so impressed with the way everything was carried out from the time I filled in the form online to the finish. I didn't have to contact the vet direct at all, everything was done for me. Would highly recommend RSPCA. Makes everything so much easier when you are stressing and worried about your pet at the same time.

My pup was lame, he went for x-rays to find out what was causing it. The vet claimed directly and RSPCA paid immediately, no quibble at all. So simple and reassuring to know he's covered with them .

Total care and understanding
Our 12 month old Lab took ill over the Easter Break which resulted in us having to take him to a veterinary hospital on bank holiday money on our way home from a Norfolk break. He was hospitalised and operated on that evening. I contacted the RSPCA pet insurance the next day and they were excellent. So easy to talk to and made everything simple to understand which was greatly appreciated ,especially when you are worried about your pet. The claim was approved and paid very quickly as was the two follow up appointments to check his operation site with our own vet. This is the first time i have had to claim on a pet insurance policy and i have nothing but praise for RSPCA pet insurance
