Our car had not moved for months and the MOT was due, however the car could not start - I did not know if it was the battery or something else! I contacted this car recovery company and, from start to finish, their service was absolutely top-notch. The operator was friendly and reassuring on the phone, clearly explaining the process and giving me an accurate estimate for when the recovery vehicle would arrive. Since I was using a business account, I asked for an invoice and true to their word, the paperwork was sent over with only a small deposit to pay.

True to their word, the driver showed up promptly and handled my car with the utmost care. He was courteous, professional, and made a stressful situation much more manageable. The towing process was quick and efficient, and my car was delivered safely to the Volvo garage without any issues.

I was particularly impressed with the transparency of their pricing—no hidden fees, just honest, fair rates. It's a relief to know there's a reliable company like this available when things go wrong on the road.

Daniel was fantastic. His communication and customer service skills were perfect. He seemed to understand the stressful situation we were in. He had empathy and replied to our questions quickly and clearly.

It was a shame that the person subcontracted to take us and our van home from France didn't have the same customer service skills. 22hrs in a cramped rescue car was not the best end to our holiday.

At the end of the day, RST got us home at about the time they said they would.

A life saver. They were with us within 46 minutes and they kept in contact with us all the time. The recovery driver helped us get the car back into its allocated parking space.

Excellent service from start to finish. Many other companies said call our would be several hours whereas this company had a recovery driver In just over the hour. The driver was outstanding and made sure I was comfortable, worked quickly to sort the car and was an excellent driver. All round perfect service, so grateful I called them to help!

These guys made a really crappy situation that little bit better. Collected my car swiftly even though the garage it was at messed about a bit. Car was delivered quickly. Would defo recommend and use again

Got stuck with an electrical fault which drained the battery of the car.
Pick up arrived well within an hour and the driver was able to jump start the battery with his power pack when standard cables had been no use. Great service

Very quick to quote us for a recovery, very quick to come out to us (35mins) which was great as I had two young children in the car. Also had communication through WhatsApp on his eta. The recovery man was lovely and made me and my girls feel very at ease and safe. My youngest even fell asleep and my eldest was excited to go home in a different car 😂 The car was dropped off at the garage all safe and sound. Thank you again!

If I could put 0 Would used RST to replace my tyres on our Classic Bentley agreed price and at 8pm a subcontractor turned up the agreement was we paid deposit and remaining balance on fit they didn't finish until nearly 10pm and asked for cash in the morning we noticed we had wrong size tyres contacted RST who refused to do anything about rectifying our situation so now a court case please take care

Just rang this company. Gave them all details of the car. Sent recovery out. Could not move car as in brake mode which is obvious when automatic and wont start. Will not give us our deposit back even though there fault. Totally wrong. Paid for a service they did not do
