RUBIROX is an independently owned family jewellers based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Our charming and contemporary store first opened its doors in 2010, originally under the name ‘You & Beyond’. Throughout the years, the store has added to its collection of brands to become Stamford’s destination store for jewellery and watches, now stocking a collection of over twenty brands from across the world. The store underwent a refurbishment in 2017 and re-opened under a new name ‘RUBIROX’ to deliver an even greater experience to our wonderful customers, whilst also launching our online store.

Excellent service. Ordered nomination charm at a great sale price, arrived quickly, genuine product, came boxed with nomination bag too. First time using this company but will definitely use again. Only slight negative was that it arrived in a huge box for what was inside and the postman had to knock as it wouldn't fit through the letterbox 😂

On the packaging, we do get what you mean, we like to give you the same experience as you'd get in store so we always avoid squishing your new jewellery into a tiny envelope but we know that for some of the smaller pieces (like the charms) the boxes can seem a bit excessive. Fortunately, all our packaging is recyclable (even the tape) so we're hopefully avoiding any extra waste. Thank you again for the review - we hope to see you again soon! :)

Beautiful charm
Ordering was easy and delivery quick. The charm I bought is lovely - very good quality and looks more expensive than it was. My only gripe is with the packaging. My charm was in a very small adequate box but the outer box was enormous in comparison. It also contained a gift bag with Rubirox on - it was very nice but I did not ask for it so it went straight into the bin, but even including that, it did not warrant an oversized box. So there was a lot of wasted packaging.

We try hard to recreate the in store shopping experience online which is why we like to send out all orders with a bit of luxury including with our gift bag. All our packaging is also entirely recyclable - even the tape on the box! - so we're consciously not sending any more waste to landfill. We do know you don't always need tissue paper and a bag but we'd always prefer to err on the side of extravagance - jewellery is, after all, a bit of a treat, even if it's a treat for yourself :) If you do shop with us again, which we hope you will, feel free to add a note or send us a message saying you don't need a bag and we'll send it without.
