RUBIROX is an independently owned family jewellers based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Our charming and contemporary store first opened its doors in 2010, originally under the name ‘You & Beyond’. Throughout the years, the store has added to its collection of brands to become Stamford’s destination store for jewellery and watches, now stocking a collection of over twenty brands from across the world. The store underwent a refurbishment in 2017 and re-opened under a new name ‘RUBIROX’ to deliver an even greater experience to our wonderful customers, whilst also launching our online store.

Disappointing
Dispatch and delivery were quick, but item arrived tarnished and with the pendant scuffed. Either they are storing stock incorrectly or it was a used item advertised as new. Very disappointing, I will be returning my order.

I can assure you that all our jewellery is brand new and is checked before we send it out. This necklace is a slightly 'vintage' style so the silver isn't quite as 'polished' as some of our other pieces. We apologise if that wasn't clear from the site.
