We are a group of friendly, expert, optical practices who have served our communities in South East London, North Kent and Surrey for decades.

We offer a wide range of services including specialist eyecare, dry eye management, sunglasses, children’s eye care, myopia management and hearing care.

The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.
As an independent group of opticians we dedicate the time necessary to ensure our customers receive the best care and advice. We work closely with our clinical partners to ensure we focus on our local communities and provide the very best clinical care.

In spite of the building work being…
In spite of the building work being done in the next door property and causing a lot of noise the Optician gave me a thorough test and gave me explanations of what she was doing. I was pleased with the results. I expect that by the end of the day she had a headache.

Glasses with new eyes
It always is when I have to have an appointment. The staff are courteous always helpful and will help with my decisions. This time around I had had Cataracts' and lens change in both eyes, so the staff were excellent in helping me choose new glasses.

Friendly and helpful staff
I needed my current glasses altered slightly but was going on holiday the following week. Staff made certain I had them in time by using a courier. Very surprised and impressed.
