We are a group of friendly, expert, optical practices who have served our communities in South East London, North Kent and Surrey for decades.
We have many years of experience in taking care of all our customers’ eye care needs and concerns. We offer a wide range of services including specialist eyecare, dry eye management, sunglasses, children’s eye care, myopia management and hearing care.
Our practices are located in Crystal Palace, East Dulwich Purley, Sydenham, Welling, and West Norwood. We look forward to welcoming you to the renowned Woodfalls experience.

The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.
As an independent group of opticians we dedicate the time necessary to ensure our customers receive the best care and advice. We work closely with our clinical partners to ensure we focus on our local communities and provide the very best clinical care.

My Father first took me to Pursers…
My Father first took me to Pursers Opticians in Purley when I was 9 years old. It was in different hands then , but over the years the same high level of service has remained. My current Optician Bev is so thorough and skilled, it is always a pleasure to see her. The dispensers are also brilliant at helping to choose the right frames, as the range is huge and can be overwhelming. Debbie on reception is always so friendly and welcoming, overall its a great choice if you are looking for an Optician.

Very pleasant staff all round
Optician did extremely thorough assessment which resulted in referral to specialist. Specialist commented that optician did very well to pick up my problem - my greatest thanks for a fantastic job
