I bought new parts for a 420 kicker and Sailing Chandlery provided all the information I needed to know on the site. All the parts arrived quickly even though I live really far away and the parts were easy to find on the website. All the parts work and are really good.

The website was easy to navigate (ha ha no pun intended!) and I found what I was looking for quickly and without any fuss. The I made an error in my email address so, naturally, the confirmation didn't arrive. I phoned and the call was answered quickly, by a real, very kind and helpful person, who corrected my error immediately and confirmation arrived before I put the 'phone down. I will certainly use this chandlery again for my online needs. Such refreshing service in an AI dominated world.

From receipt of my order to despatch was really quick. 5 star.
Unfortunately courier is Royal Mail, and I'm still waiting to receive my order. 0 star. RM say parcel not lost but stuck due to lack of staff for delivery!
The items were needed for this weekends sailing, too late now.
Other couriers usually deliver on or ahead of time. Time to change courier?

UPDATE - following my visit to RM sorting office on Saturday 8th, the staff were exceptionally helpful and promised to look for my parcel on Monday 10th. They did and delivered it to me immediately about 10.00 on Monday, ahead of all other deliveries. Can only compliment the local RM staff for their service.
