Good, old fashioned service.
Samsian have a rare reputation these days in that they consistently deliver exceptional service. I had a hot water cylinder that was past its sell by date and was beginning to leak. I sent Dan some pictures and he took it from there, ordering the necessary spare parts, arranging delivery and ensuring one of his top installers arrived on time to complete the job. Nice one Samsian.

Samsian are really good
Samsian are really good, neat and tidy. This is my second service and it was fine. There was an afterward problem (not of thier making) that they sorted for us, the next day without charge.Extremely kind of them.
I would recommend them to anyone, they are extremely good.

Excellent service
The brilliant Sam from SAMSIANGAS took care of our annual boiler service again this year. Booking our yearly boiler maintenance check was easy and there was good availability of time slots that suited us perfectly. Communication was excellent as always and Sam arrived punctually and was done in less than an hour. He was exceptionally professional & polite, and answered all our questions. Excellent service and value. See you next year!

The whole service experience was easy and without any complications. proactive contact prior to the annual service, booked in. Service engineer arrived checked our system and serviced the boiler. then produced a certificate that satisfied our ISO.

Excellent Reliable Service
I use Samsian every year to service our boiler and they are really good value for money, very thorough and always reliable.
They also offer sound advice and provide a very detailed report of the work they have done.

Excellent service from start to finish …
Booking a time slot to suit us was done with professionalism as we are restricted by the times our hall is booked out. Danny arrived at agreed time and gave great service , very knowledgeable and cleaned up after doing our service.
Have used many times now and would recommend to others, excellent service from start to finish.

Excellent heating installers
Danny and his team replaced and moved my boiler and upgraded from gravity to fully pumped, the job was completed earlier than predicted and we were only without hot water for a few hours. They were very efficient and tidy in their work, respected the house and kept me informed on how the job was going.
I would definitely recommend Samsian for any heating work.
