My first boiler service using Samsian.
Sam was great. He arrived on time, the service was thorough, took about 45 minutes and a report was received the same day. A local family run business which deserves a 5 star review.

Companies which just get things right
Samsian is one of those companies which just do everything right: simple as that. Booking a boiler service is easy. Reminder label on the boiler from last year; reminder email from Joanne a month or so before this year's date; little exchange of emails, offering dates and times; service booked. As usual, the service is carried out swiftly but carefully and the utility room is clean and tidy, with the boiler which Samsian supplied and installed a couple of years ago humming quietly away. Added to which, Hayley, our Labrador, who hadn't met Simon because she's new, has given him her seal of approval: he knows how to stroke dogs and whiffle their ears!
