SA Property have been managing a property that I rent out for a year. The team are professional, personable and keen to make sure that the renting process goes smoothly for both landlord and tenant.
They have many years experience in the housing market, but, unlike some of their competitors, they haven't lost the personal touch that makes their clients feel at home. I would highly recommend them.

Having marketed my property unsuccessfully with 2 of the bigger companies in Swansea for over 6 months, on the recommendation of friends, I decided to give SA Property a try. I received excellent advice from both Ben and Dan from Day 1 and was astounded to find that my property had been let within the week and occupied soon after. I have now been with the company for some 8 months and have found them to offer a very friendly personal service that is utterly professional in the administration, management and all aspects of communication regarding my property and the tenancy. Although there was obviously an element of right time, right place when I initially engaged SA Property, the process was made easy and I was kept informed throughout.
