Good professional service
We decided to use the services of SA properties, for the rental of our house in South Wales, and to date have found them to be excellent.
We met with several agents in the area before choosing which company to use, and found that SA Properties were really the only one that gave us exactly what we wanted, the others expected us to take what they wanted to give us.
Also we found that their management fees were up to 60% below those quoted by the other companies.
We would not hesitate to recommend this company

Have recommended SA Properties to several friends
My property had been on the market for a while and I was giving up hope of selling. I decided to switch agents to SA and was impressed right from day one. They were very proactive in marketing my property and soon had lots of viewings. They sold my house quickly and I was able to proceed to purchase another one within a very short time. Friendly and experienced staff. They were also on hand to advise and answer queries. I cannot fault the service I received.

I always prefer to deal with local businesses. SA Property, consisting of Ben and Dan, is an easy going Company with good rapport with its customers. First Class Service
I use SA Property to rent all my properties and have found this agent to be far superior to any other rental agent in the area. When I need to sell a property I will definitely be using this agent.

EXCELLENT ALL AROUND SERVICE, REALLY HAPPY
I bought a house back in February and SA Property were the agent, I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and they really made the whole process very simple and straight forward.
Ben was the chap I dealt with and I was very impressed by his willingness to help me with any questions I had and he is clearly an expert in his field.
I would highly recommend SA property to anyone thinking of using them to sell a property, you will not be disappointed.
