I have been under the care of the Belfast nursing team for quite a few years now in relation to ongoing cancer treatment/chemotherapy. I cannot speak highly enough of each and every nurse that has attended to me. They are professional in their approach, and protocols. They ensure that you are aware of potential issues with the chemotherapy drugs and know what to do in the event of a medical issue. As importantly they make you feel at ease during your treatment and show empathy. I feel as if they are friends, such is the relationship I have built up with them. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The nurses always communicate with me to let me know when they'll arrive. My emails are always responded to promptly and they honour my requests for change of time/date. The nurses are friendly and professional.

Nursing staff have made home injection treatment as tolerable as a jab in the backside can be!
Fresh medicine has been delivered on time.

Excellent service from start to finish. The nurses are lovely, both friendly and professional. They keep you informed of your appointment time and will contact you if they can come earlier or are going to be late. The whole system runs smoothly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service to others.

The service at home was good and very efficient. However for a reason unbeknown to me the original appointment was cancelled internally by someone one.

The nurses check my general health and chat about my wellbeing. Usually have the same nurses, either Diana or Louise, both of whom are excellent, friendly and reassuring. They seem genuinely interested in my health. I have nothing but praise for the service I am recieving from the company and my nurses.

The nurses who visit are outstanding. Not so sure about the admin support for them, initial contact from Sciensus was poor but fortunately don’t have to deal with them once the process has begun.

Having my injection at home is so convenient especially since going back to work, because otherwise I would have to take a day off and travel an hour to the hospital. Paul arrives promptly when I arrive home and everything is administered stress free and relaxed.

My nurse Olabisi arrived during the allotted time. As well as delivering my pills she checked my general health, listen to a couple of small concerns, reassured me and genrally made the entire experience a real pleasure. She also booked my upcoming blood test and pill delivery dates.

My dedicated nurse was on time. He was caring and professional, taking his time and not rushing the process.
