I had need of calling urgently and did not have to wait long and then had Mitch R clear up the issue and then give my two alternate options and then followed up as well .. great service Scoopon 😀

I just had to share my fantastic experience with Kam R! He went above and beyond to help me transfer a nearly expired gift coupon into my name. Many phone calls and emails were sent however he sorted them out swiftly until the issue was resolved. He even managed to book a hotel for me super quickly at a very short time! Kam R. seriously exceeded my expectations.

Natasha K answered our call and boy were we lucky. So friendly helpful and empathetic to our situation. We didn't even realise that our reservation was for one person and we are travelling as a couple. No problem Natasha fixed it up!!!

We had to change a booking at relatively short notice, and this was handled quickly and professionally by Mohamad A. He was easy to talk to and very efficient.
We are regular users of Scoopon and Luxury Escapes and will continue to be , especially after the excellent customer service from Mohamad. Thankyou.

Jake L and Natasha K went out of their way to help us change our reservation dates right at the last minute when I was unwell and then our son had to come home from school because of Covid! They were so helpful and rearranged everything for us with our hotel. Excellent customer service! Great team!

Great products and even better customer service. I have purchased through Scoopon on numerous occasions and have always been happy with my goods and/or services.
Recently purchased a hotel stay and had a query and the most helpful and professional customer service representative, Ruxandra, assisted me quickly and followed up with a confirmation email about the query. Great service and nothing was a problem for Ruxandra during my call.

Ref ZA6517 under difficult circumstances made me feeling comfortable talking to Mohamad A. Who was friendly patient eager to help to resolve my request quickly, and called me as soon as the Vendor agrees to change my booking, and following up with an email. Because of excellent customer service n good deals, I always choose Scoopon or Cudo to purchase hotels n flights and restaurants for years. Would recommend anyone to do so. Cheers
