Due to a medical issue I needed to change the date of my pre-booked cruise. It took several goes to `be able to speak with someone but when I did I was lucky to speak with Ruxandra. Ruxandra was fantastic, so understanding and went over and above to help and resolve the change of date request. 10/10 customer service for Ruxandra.

I booked a cruise for my mum and dad for their anniversary and she made sure that they has an accessible room near the lifts. Even though our Scoopon voucher was cancelled, Nicole R was most helpful & courteous when I rang to ask the reason why the voucher had been cancelled. She immediately sent me an email to confirm the cancellation.
I rang the venue (Kersbrook wines) & they had our booking but had also received a cancellation notice, & were not sure why this may have happened. Most inconvenient for them & a waste of my time booking.

Excellent Customer Service
We bought tickets for vivid cruise, however we had to cancel it last minute due to unwellness. We contacted Scoopon support and luckily we were assisted by Mitch who had provided best customer service. After talking with him over the phone, he got in touch with vendor to ensure the rebooking was possible. He then called back and advised that we could rebook and he helped us to rebook on a later date.
We appreciate all his hard work. Thank you so much for your tremendous help.

Bad experience with scoopon,
Bad experience with scoopon,
Booked 3 nights at Quality hotel lighthouse via scoopon, On arrival they were not able to find a scoopon booking and hence charged us a 200$ bond.
the hotel apparently does not have any association with scoopon and they do not value scoopon bookings.
the bond has still not been returned back....
Why does scoopon sell deals without any association with properties?
