I recently bought a scoop-on that was valid for 90 days.
The voucher was for 4 people. Between the weather and family members getting colds the voucher wasn't used. I asked for an extension and it was granted.

'Voucher invalid' on online booking - ring or email the company to make a manual booking
I booked a half-day fishing trip with Deep Blue Charters via their online booking system but initially had problems when entering the voucher reference - it told me that the 'voucher is invalid'.
*Edit - I contacted Deep Blue Charters directly, who informed me their system didn’t recognize Scoopon; however, they made the booking manually, and accepted the voucher.

Hi this is a dreadful company to try to contact three emails no reply
Two phone call never move off caller number three 36mins nobody rings back .
This is for a non delivery .
Can't redeem vouchers as they now have expired .
Am very unhappy
