Offer was not what we paid for ..

Offer was not what we paid for ... very confusing from business point of view - advised them that we had taken advantage of offer - advised menu had been changed significantly - but the staff were vague on what was now within the deal - then for one item we apparently should not have been offered that so had to pay extra for that on departure - if they had of let us know prior to being given it there would be no issues and we could/would have changed our order - just left a sour taste basically. Apart from that staff were pleasant, food was of a high standard - just unorganised, unaware of product.

Excellent service.

Charlee dealt with my enquiry promptly and professionally. I was delighted to receive my refund when the retailer would not extend the expiry date due to CoVid lockdown.
I will not hesitate to use Scoopon in the future

REFUND

REFUND
Due to personal issues, I needed to get a refund for a dining voucher at a restaurant. I dealt with Charlee and she was sympathetic to my cause and kept me informed right through the process. I could not ask for anymore. Unfortunately, her efforts was not successful but she did offer me a refund to spend at a later date. I did manage to track the owner down and re scheduled the dinner and let Charlee know. She was great and a big THANK YOU to her for her kindness, efficiency and follow up. Cheers Charlee and keep safe. kf

Sold a voucher for a none existent product

Purchased a voucher for a case of wine which then was shown as sold out. Obvious scam by either Scoopon or the vendor.
