We had a voucher due in a few days and couldn't contact the company during lockdown.
Marvell came to the rescue by cancelling the original voucher and issuing another to cover a new period when (hopefully!!!) we're lockdown free!

Annabel responded so quickly and…
Annabel responded so quickly and rectified my issue without a problem. I emailed in the hope that my voucher could be extended as I hadn’t had a chance to use before lockdown. Annabel fixed this and extended it out to October. I’m so thankful as I’ve recently went back to uni full time and couldn’t afford this experience without the scoopon offer.
