I purchased a Scoopon voucher but due to COVID and feeling apprehensive about using my beauty voucher (which was still valid for another 5 weeks) I continually put off making an appointment.
Today I contacted one of your representatives to help me cancel the voucher and seek a refund. I couldn't be happier with how Marvell handled my concerns and anxiety.

Expired Voucher
I called up due to a expired voucher due to covid lockdowns and I was connected to Marvell who was very helpful in cancelling my expired voucher and offering me a new voucher for the same restaurant

Thank you Gionn, for your after service help.
Unfortunately due to the recent Covid lockdown in Melbourne, we were unable to fly into the city from Adelaide and use a previous bought voucher on scoopon. I tried to get my voucher expiry date extended until we could visit a few weeks later when the lockdown was lifted, but we were told this was not possible with that venue. Gionn was very helpful and gave me a scoopon credit to use instead. We were disappointed to lose out on our original offer but grateful to Gionn for all their help.

Marvell has been in constant touch with the vendor and letting me know of the next steps, with a very acceptable outcome.
