Full Support During Lockdown
Due to current Covid lockdown in Victoria we were unable to utilise our Scoopon before the expiry date. Without any issues we were able to obtain a store credit for the full amount, valid for 12 months, so we can make another purchase once lockdown is over. Marvell was fantastic and looked after us extremely well.

The vendor I purchased a facial/massage package from was unable to provide the service, I contacted Scoopon and requested a refund. Annabel responded promptly and refunded the money to my account straight away. She provided excellent customer service.

Great service from Scoupon staff
I had an issue with a restaurant I had booked through Scoupon. I contacted Scoupon via the chat and I had a person called Charlie C.
They were very efficient and helped me solve my problem. They applied a full refund to one of my vouchers and a credit note to the other. I highly recommend this site and feel very happy with the service they have provided.

Purchase Issue Sorted
I had an issue purchasing a deal. The system kept logging me out so I couldn't continue or complete the purchase. I contacted Customer Service, explained the problem and they were quick to respond and react. They purchased the deal on my behalf (with my permission of course), forwarded the voucher to me and kept me updated with what had happened. I was very happy with their assistance.
