Absolutely poor service from these jokers. Cars don't arrive on time driver make up excuses, the depot tell you you haven't even called and then hang up on you. Worst service I have ever had!!!

taxi driver was rude, tutted when asked to put the window down, went the long way around,
horrible experience, try uber next time.

I booked a taxi ride in advance for the next day and added that I will be having 2 dogs with us sitting in our lap in the notes. I have used them before when I had a vet appointment so I thought it would be ok. I then received a notification that I cancelled the ride when it was supposed to arrive and so I called the office only to be told I have to wait 20 mins. I then had to call them again to be told it would be an extra 10 mins. After 45 mins the taxi driver arrived and said he wouldn’t give us a ride, called the office to let them know and just left… Don’t advertise that you allow dogs in your taxis. I gave you a day’s warning and mentioned that I had 2 dogs when I called you. I will not be using you again

Drive was late for an hour, 😡😡😡

Had a couple of really really good experiences with this company but the last drivers car smelt bad, I was told to get cash out for him as I requested we go via a cash machine and then ripped me off when I came to pay! It was only by 20p but that isn’t the point!

I Would highly reccomend Scotts Cars as they are humble people who take pride in their work and their customers. I havnt had a bad experience yet. Tank you to all at scotts from the operators to the drivers your doing a fantastic job keep it up.

They are still giving a great service in these sad times! The drivers are so polite and helpful, I mainly use the app which is great! But in all fairness the operator staff are very helpful when I haven’t had access to my app!

Great staff working at this base with a positive and a can do attitude. Would highly reccomend Scotts Cars as they are different compared to others.

Drivers that go out their way, did use other taxi bases but now been using Scott's, the drivers are polite, use good routes around traffic and knowledgeable compared to other bases. Operaters quickly recognise regulars and are friendly. Would recommend to anyone around the Manchester area, Gino!

I ordered a taxi and it came within a matter of minutes didnt even get my shoes on in time, very happy, great service, always reliable and defiantly worth the money highly recommended.

I was recommended to use this service as I travel around Manchester a lot and it did not disappoint. The drivers are lovely, very friendly and professional. From start to finish, the experience/journey is a pleasure. I never wait too long for a taxi, really reliable, and the time to the destination never normally takes too long either. Not like other companies where taxis take the long way round to the destination. Will 100% keep using.
