Perfect mask, awful communication
The mask was perfect when it arrived but the communication during the process was appalling. No acknowledgement of the order and no response to the my 2 follow up email. When I eventually took time out of my work to phone, then they posted the mask with 24 hour delivery. I know this is a difficult time but don’t offer an online shop if you don’t have the staff to support it
Just what we had been looking for!
I suppose it could double as a selfie stick!! but is something we have been on the look out for sometime. It will, I have no doubt, help us take better underwater pictures and video.
Disappointed
Items ordered at the end of June, chase email was sent 3 weeks later, but reply took 4 days, subsequent chase on 6th August indicating that it would be 3-5 days, another chase around 17th August, not replied to, telephone chase on 25th I was advised it was being dispatched. Items finally received on 28th, but delivery notification was only received on 2nd September.
Disappointed with service as I chose sds partially as a result of the awards they have previously been awarded

My torch hasn’t arrived nearly two weeks later, and there has been no response to my e mails and calls. Had I known the delivery Was going to take this long I would have gone elsewhere. Can’t get hold of SDS to cancel order. Disappointed
Very poor customer service
Placed order in May and was expecting delivery within a couple of weeks after they re-opened in June. They stopped responding to emails in July and despite telling me over the phone they would call me back with a tracking update, they never did. Order finally arrived on 14th August.
They never apologised for the delay or even offered a refund if the item was out of stock. I was left with the impression that once they have payment, they couldn't care less when you receive your order.
Ordered dive knife
Ordered dive knife , didn’t realise it came fro Italy so it took a number of weeks to arrive. This may be due to Covid. Only comment I have is that an indication of expected delivery date at point of order would have been helpful.
Product is good and recipient was pleased.

I have dealt with SDS for many years spending in the thousands. They have been an excellent company to deal with.
This time even allowing for COVID i was left dissapointed. A total lack of replies to emails and 18 days for a delivery is not the service i am used to.
If it really did need to take that long all you need to do is advise your customer. Not leave them totally in the dark.

Communication horrific ..
I made my order in March although I appreciate that the Covid 19 pandemic effected many businesses I had zero communication from SDS and in June when some companies were opening again I tried numerous times to contact to advise of when I would receive my somewhat expensive item but I could not get through the phone just rang .. I tried intermittently through June and in July I finally got through ( Wednesday) the guy I spoke to said they were receiving a delivery that week And I should receive my item by the end of the week That week came and no item I called again and spoke to a lady who said they were again receiving a delivery and I would receive my item soon being sceptical I asked for a tracking number and after being put on hold received one and finally got my item on 22 July .. I truly believe if I had not called I would still be waiting if not forgotten all together - I had no communication if I had even a update bearing in mind the pandemic it would have given me confidence in purchasing from you again as it happened I can not in clear conscience recommend your company .

No confirmation of orders
Heard excellent reports on sds but sadly internet sales is not one of them. Ordered a small but important item on27th June. Emailed on 6th July no reply.
Sent 5 emails altogether got one reply on 15th July and after 2 phone calls received my order today 20th July minus the black tie rap that was advertised that came with it. I Understand it was out of stock and you are busy but you are letting customers down by not keeping them informed of there orders

Yes there was a delay from due to COVID related supply issues but the team kept me informed and delivery was on time sensibly packed with no excess packaging.
