They very rarely answer the phone their english is appalling 1 guy I spoke to told me he didnt speak Dutch only french and english well he obviously dosnt speak english very well as I was speaking english gave me a number to call from a french phone and hung up I was calling to cancel because I arranged for them to come out to set up internet didnt bother comming sold me a sim card that's ridiculously over priced that I still have not revived say they will call you back and dont bother complete waste of my time if your advertising as english speaking mabe you should get people in who can actually speak and understand english. Go online and use google translate be quicker and less stressful
