I was just tasked to rate this only 4-5 for me to be able to get my refund cause there was no direct way to cancel the membership (that I didn’t even want to be part of) right away. Plus, the unsubscribe button on their mailing was not even functional. 0/5 NOT TO BE TRUSTED, tbh. You also have to pay something again for them to cancel your subscription right away or wait for 14 days.

But trying to submit this review to see if their customer service has really something to offer and is true to their word, to at least salvage a little bit of trust to their website.

In December I attempted to buy a piece as a Xmas gift from a link on tiktok, was misinformed and entered into a subscription. Upon learning that I quickly cancelled subscription and requested my money back. 2 weeks ago I received an email offering me 53.48€ as a goodwill gesture (4 months after the request). Within that email there was a request for a 4 or 5 star review on trustpilot, as it took 4 months to reply to me I didn't think the service warranted any review let alone a 4-5 star so I did not comply. After not receiving my refund/goodwill I sent a further email asking when I should receive it and was told I'd get my refund when I submitted the review, which I did even though I found this unethical. Today I received 9.99€ into my bank and not the 53.48€ stated in my email, hence the second 1 star review. Appalling service

Thiscompany offered me a full refund 2 days ago . I can safely say this company is a SCAM. When they read this I will give them till midnight to refund my money to my bank account or I will be going to the bank in the morning and show them the email they sent to me and let the bank deal with it

Somehow I payed for the membership 52€. They contacted and helped me to cancel the membership. Today they contacted about the refund. I will update the review as soon as I get it or as soon as I will not.

Firstly, I saw a debit order in my account that I was not aware of , I then saw an email saying that I have subscribed to jewel …I contacted the agent via email and I was helped very well and they have explained to me what the company is all about..I then requested to cancel as I signed up unaware/unintentional which they gladly assist and processed my cancellation in no time…I was so sad when they said I cannot be refunded instead I have to buy something with the credit on my account ..I couldn’t buy anything as I didn’t want any complications and any further debit on my account ,to my suprise I was so happy when I got the email that I will be fully. refunded…Thank you so much, I am really in need of that money.

This is a scam. Creates a subscription and direct debit then takes money from your bank account. I don't even know what I accessed for them to get my details let alone my bank account.

I have never ordered from this company ,I had left money in my bank for gas and electric and they took 2 lots of money ,also I'm a pensioner going to the bank on Monday to stop further money going out .

I have not made any subscription or have I bought or tried to buy anything from this company yet money is being taken out of my account.

I have been charged 116 australian dollars by these scammers for something I never purchased.
I have blocked them from any purchases.
They are a complete bunch of scammers don't go near them.
