I've ordered stuff from them before but this time i had an issue with UK customs and my parcel was due to be sent back to Australia. However they were really helpful, just a great team and company. It wasn't sent back but even still they offered so much help during that time i thought it was.

There was a mix up with the sizes for the jumper I ordered for my son, but with Amy's help it has been sorted with minimal fuss or hassle.

The customer service is excellent and the jumper is incredible, soft and a fabulous colour.

I am sure my son will be thrilled with his Christmas present!

The hoodie was very high quality, I really appreciated the packaging and warnings that came with it

While I was initially disappointed with your selection of tops and bottoms as you had only shirts and pants, I would expect at least one twink, but outside of that the hoodies are fantastic

I ordered 2 shirts from cool shirtz, and unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up with the order (I received a shirt in the wrong colour). However, when I contacted them about it, a lovely person named Amy sorted it out quickly and arranged for the correct shirt to head my way! They even let me keep the wrong colour shirt :pp overall, Amy at coolshirtz made a stressful situation very chill and easy, relaxing my mind immediately! The shirts that came look absolutely beautiful and the embroidery is beyond cool :33

Cool shirtz is always constantly my go to at the moment. While yes the clothing is expensive especially to ship to the UK, the quality more than makes up for it (and the sticker packs). 10/10 love cool shirtz. Express shipping took around a week to arrive which was great!

Theyre pretty chill with missing items and refunding incorrect shipping costs.

I was missing an item and Amy from Coolshirtz was very helpful. Auspost said I would have had to give in the entire parcel to start an investigation. Who knows how long that wouldve taken and if they lost my stuff id just get a "sorry".

I ordered a a few products from cool shirtz and have so far significantly enjoyed them during these past few months, I have also gotten more compliments than I ever have before. The fact they list the models height and size they’re pictured wearing is also super helpful. I had a small issue with one of the items and some strange cosmetic irregularities, but the customer support team helped me get a replacement free of charge with literally the most ease I’ve ever experienced in a customer support encounter. I absolutely will order from here again when new drops release, and in fact already have, would give 6 stars, would recommend.

I have been a fan and customer of Cool Shirtz for the longest time. Every piece I have purchased has been top quality and never had any issues whatsoever, apart from recently.

One of my hoodies was deteriorating when washing (I follow the washing instructions meticulously as I love the pieces I have and want them to last
Forever!) so I reached out to Cool Shirtz to inform them of this, and see if it was a reoccurring issue, or I just got unlucky.

I was put in contact with Amy, who resolved my issue within a matter of hours and I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to help me. Cool Shirtz have always been amazing with their customer service, quality of products and communication, and this time around with my issue they didn’t fail to impress.

I cannot wait to purchase even more products!! If you’re hesitant in purchasing from Cool Shirtz, you need to check yourself.

Amazing products that are insanely good quality. A plus is that’s it’s an Australian owned company run by some amazing people. The support is always on the ball with replies and always looking out for customers. One more plus is that the website is cool too.

I ordered 2 shirts and a sweater from them on Sept 23rd and it was delivered on the 4th on the east coast! The quality of all 3 of the products were way above anything in this price range and it definitely helps that the design is so refreshing! I had 1 tiny problem (stitching was missing on a singular pocket on one of the shirts) and I contacted their customer service and they responded in roughly a day! Amy offered to either send out a replacement fully at their cost or store credit, so I chose store credit so I could continue purchasing from them and they gave me a code that never expires so I could purchase whatever I wanted!

I'm always pleased with the shipping. I live in the middle of the us in the Midwest and my orders have always arrived moderately fast and undamaged.

The best quality, the best brand. Shipping is quicker than you'd think, sizing is always accurate. Materials are always fantastic. And I have no idea what the customer service is like because I've never needed them for any issues at all.

I am IN LOOVEE with their quality, honestly actually worth the cost for the stuff you get. I definitely recommend to anyone who wants something comfy. Sizes are pretty big, so make sure you double check your size!

I ordered a Hoodie that was in my size, but learned that because of the oversized fit I should have sized down. I emailed support and asked them what size they’d recommend and they gave me all the information I needed to resize and changed my order with zero delay. Lovely support staff, and a fantastic brand

I really enjoyed the hoodie i got. It's got nice weight and super comfy inside, the hood covers you up nicely as it's always a shame to gwt a hoodie with a small hood. Details on this is awesome and I will be getting some more stuff when I can!

Great customer service.
I ordered the Microplastics T-Shirt from this site however upon opening my package it seems Cool Shirtz had messed up my order.
I let them know about this discrepancy and Amy was very quick to reply asking for a photo of the shirt I recieved.
Upon providing this picture, Amy immediately apologised and placed a new order for the Microplastics tee for free, and told me I was able to also keep the incorrect one that was sent to me.

Will be buying from here again, thank you for fixing the order hastily.
