Great high quality comfy shirts

Really like this company, really like the quality and price of the clothing, However the customer service is shocking, i've contacted a few times with my current order and haven’t heard anything back. Contacted in the past for previous orders, heard nothing back. My current order has been processing for a few weeks now and no response from customer service. A shame as in the past i've usually received the order within 2 weeks of placing it. They need to improve their customer service but other than this cant fault them.

The quality of the shirts are good, they came reasonably fast considering they were shipping from Australia to the US for my order. I thought I had an issue with the sizing of one of the shirts, but it turns out that I just wasn't diligent enough in checking the sizing chart. Because the fit of the shirt was meant to be oversized and so when I received a small that seemed way too large, I contacted customer support thinking I might have been sent the wrong size. After explaining my situation to them and sending them a picture that had a measuring tape up to it, they were able to confirm that that was the size that I ordered. But even given the fact that my size was correct and it was an error on my part, they still wanted to help me and I was able to get a replacement shirt sent that is one size smaller which is more appropriate for the person I am gifting the shirt to. They were very easy to work with and very kind, Thank you Amy!

Bought one of their Very-kill shirts (The Nurse one) and the quality is unbelievable, it felt a little off to begin with, but it is now the most comfortable shirt i have. and at $50 Australian dollars it is a very reasonable price, highly recommend checking them out some time.

Even though shipping took forever they were clear about delays and the process for a missing item.Will purchase from here again

The apparel these guys sell is, of course, top of the line. It's all extremely comfortable and well put together, the only downside to that is how I have to be careful about how they are washed but that is an easy price to pay for how nice these shirts are.
I've bought several products from CoolShirtz, and I've only had an issue with ONE where a shirt was shipped with a small hole (no idea what caused it, could've been a manufacturing error or even due to rough shipping or something). They responded to my email within days despite the fact it was during the busy holiday season and quickly got me a replacement with no extra cost our problems on my end.
I was already for supporting small and more local businesses, but these guys really care about their products and do as much as they can to earn that high customer satisfaction.
I look forward to expanding my collection of CoolShirtz in the future!

It was pretty cool

Ordered from CoolShirtz Black Friday sale, so I was expecting a delay in the shipping due to an increase in orders and AusPost getting overwhelmed. I received my shipping info, but it didn’t seem to move. A bit of back and forth with CoolShirtz and AusPost and then finally AusPost declared that my parcel was officially lost! Let the CoolShirtz team know and a new parcel was on the way. Super helpful team and amazing quality products. I will definitely order again!!

I made an order on 11/27/2024. It is 12/26/2024 and I still haven't received my order. When I track it, it says it will be delivered today. It's been saying that for 2 weeks. It was a Christmas present, that wasn't here for Christmas!

got sent sweatpants instead of a sweatshirt and they were so helpful in remedying the situation. I also got to keep the sweatpants and they are now one of my favorites. Will definitely order again!

There was a bit of a hiccup with my order and Amy was absolutely amazing. There was no fuss, no excuses, just a perfect resolution. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever encountered anywhere in the world, and the jacket I’ve now received is fantastic quality as well! Can’t recommend Cool Shirtz highly enough - outstanding service 👏👏👏

the shipping company used both internationally and locally were awful by the company, I was jumped with surplus shipping charges totalling half my orders cost I was not informed of, 0 information or support from either coolshirtz or their shipping companies through both email and calling so I have stressed and slaved for weeks trying to track down who has my order and where the hell in my country they took it, finally receive it after having to pay EVEN more money out of my own pocket to collect due to poor delivery services chosen by CS, I open my package and the clothing is damaged straight out the bag. I am absolutely devastated and just on my breaking point after this.. I don't think I will ever be ordering from here again, it was genuinely the worst shipping/shopping experience of my entire life and has been nothing but upset, stress and disappointment in both product and service

I’ve been using Cool Shirtz for a long time now and every time I have, I’ve only ever received the highest quality of items and exactly what I was hoping to receive. Recently I ordered a Jacket and the sizing was wrong, I contacted customer support and had this issue sorted in no time at all thanks to Amy. Not only did she apologise profusely but assured me it would get sorted. After a few emails and photos, I’ve now been sent the size and been able to keep the defected item as a token of appreciation. Nowadays, brands customer service can be off or not even respond but this level of care for the customer is second to none. I’ll continue using Cool Shirtz as a brand themself they outshine the others but from this experience, it really has left a mark on why I used them in the first place. Thanks again for sorting it the way you guys have!:)
