I can’t tell you how grateful I am to Simon Archer. They absolutely prioritise getting heating and hot water systems up and running as soon as humanly possible - especially for their older clients.

My Dad contacted Simon Archer over the weekend. By 9.30AM Monday, the system had been checked over, a new pump delivered, and the heating and hot water restored.

Efficient service, knowledgeable and profession fitters. Very pleased with service received, came same day as fault reported, replaced part and checked all working as it should before he left.

We had Simon come round and inspect our central heating system, he was totally professional ,knowledgable and advised us on the works needed to upgrade and improve upon the system that was there.
The work was completed with very little disturbance and to a very high standard, would highly recommend this company .
