Simply no support when issues arise. No way of contacting SIRO. When reseller can’t really fix the issues and Airwire doesn’t have a Sunday service so left in the dark.

John and Tom called to install our broadband yesterday from Siro. They were very efficient and helpful. We will recommend the broadband service to our friends. Thank you.
Siro Vodafone
Three times Vodafone has failed to show up for an appointment to install fibre broadband since the 11th nov. Each time i reschedule i have been assured that someone will show up. Stay clear

The SIRO agent at our door was rude and tried to harass us into agreeing to a connection.
Reported to SIRO in March, followed up a few times. In Oct the said they were writing to the contractor to get info. No update 6 weeks later
Edit - had a call from SIRO manager apologizing for upset caused - fair enough and nice to call (Moved to 2 stars), She then tried to say a 6 month process to investigate a complaint involving their agents is reasonable! - So good luck if you are having issues with them.
Not worth the risk
After reading the comments, I will not be changing its a pity as i was looking forward to getting fast fibre optic, not worth the risk.
Dread the awful sky customer service and its auto answering system
Good experience
Good experience, speed. 1Gbit/s, switching providers once on Siro network is as easy as switching electricity provider.

Horrible service - stay away from them
I have been trying to contact the siro customer service (Dublin area ) team for almost 2 weeks now , the phone number (1800 989 945 ) doesn't let me let connect to an agent . I am utterly frustrated waiting for the siro infrastructure team to do the cabling nor had made any contact so far. I have friends in the same situation waiting over a month now - so we are all planning to cancel the subscription with the broadband provider ( vodafone) this week. Do not recommend them at all.

Went with Pure Telecom and had a SIRO installer out within 48 hours. Good communication throughout and a seamless process. Friendly technician and good install. Internet speeds fast and as expected. Very good service all in all.

This is absolute shiiit all i'm receiving is 45mbps the whole (up to ) 1000 mbps is a scam , i was using sky working off old eircom phonelines and was receiving 30mbps this co.tore up the estate i live in with much distress caused to residents and for WHAT ???
SAME OLD SHIIIT BROADBAND 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕
Very good service
The technician arrived on time and did exactly what I asked. I am an electrician myself so I had some particular additional requriements and found him to be very cooperative. I did not want the termination box instaleld outside as this only adds a potential point of failure, this request was complied with just like my other requests. My advice is be ready for Siro, have a plan. If you don't know exactly what you want get someone that does know to advise. Great job quickly closed out. Many thanks.
Poor cable and connectors quality. Fibre connection broken twice in less than a month.
My experience so far with SIRO (Vodafone) has been really disappointing as the internet connectors/cable have broken twice (terminal point - outside of the house) in less than a month period, left me without internet for a few days, due to the fact that technicians don't work in a weekends/bank holidays. Everytime I rang Vodafone and need a technician to be called out at my home, the next availability is always in business hour and within the next 4/5 days?!?!? And, the technicians came to home and fixed it in less than 10 minutes, claiming that it could break again at any time due to the fragility.
I can't agree that everything related to fibre is fragile that is breaking apart so easily in a short period, it must be to some poor installation or poor material used as I have had other fiber provider in a different town for more than 1 year and it has never broken.
Internet is no longer a superfluous/luxurious service and became an essential thing today like eletricity for working/studying from home. Hence, it would be expected to have 7 days/week (including weekends/holidays, etc.) support type. This is something that SIRO/Vodafone/ESB should work on to have shifts of workers to do these repairs sooner.
Im raging I have to give SIRO one star to leave a review!!!
Im raging that i have to give one star to leave a review, SIRO deserves zero stars!!!!!!!! The absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced. I am with Sky and last Thurs night SIRO went out of service at my house. I rang SKY on Fri morning to be told it would be Monday before an engineer from SIRO could come to fix it. Myself & my husband are both working from home so we couldnt work. I was scheduled to work the weekend and couldnt work (no pay!!!). Monday came (we couldnt work) and we were at home all day waiting for engineer, nobody arrived....no contact....no explanation. Rang SKY yest eve, and the engineer was still due to call as our call was still down on their system. However, no engineer called. Rang SKY this morn, their system still wasnt updated by the SIRO engineer to state why no engineer called. Rang SKY a while ago, the system had been updated by SIRO - an engineer tried to contact my phone yest morn but didnt get through, so thats why they didnt call. That is the lamest and laziest excuse i have ever heard, i am fuming. Why not try my phone again? Why not update your notes immediately so SKY can contact me themselves to check am i home for an engineer to come? Why not updaye your notes yest evening so SKY and myself can see whats going on? Why not use common sense??? Why not call to my house anyway????? Its an absolute joke. So where am i now with this.....i have to wait on another appointment, which can be up to 5 working days....i kid you not. You would imagine at this day in age that SIRO would employ more people to deal with the above. Having to wait 5 working days in the first place is an absolute joke!!!!!!! And now i may have to wait another 5 days, and what will happen if they cant get through to my phone again (and they cant be bothered to try my phone again?)....or they dont bother to update their notes on the system again until the next day.....an absolute joke of a service. You cant contact SIRO directly, even SKY cant....all via email
...they have all the providers bowing at their feet, an absolute joke. I cant even find a contact to send this complaint to SIRO, that how utterly terrible their communication is. SIRO is great until you have an issue or a fault, then the are the absolute PITS!!!!! They would want to pull up their socks and listen to their customers 😡😡😡😡 Get more engineers out on the road, and start communicating with your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A joke of a service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unable to do what they say
According to my eir code Siro is available at my address so i ordered 1 Gbps from Digiweb. Engineer came to put it in , a blocked duct had to be cleared.
A week later the civils came and cleared the duct but needed to clear one outside of my property and needed council permission. Four days later
Digiweb called me and said that Siro had emailed them that day to say i couldnt get fiber in, no explanation. I find this amazing in the 21st century that they cannot run a cable from A to B. and do exactly what they say they can do.

Absolutely horrible service stay away
Absolutely horrible service
When I got Vodafone siro installed first time there was no communication with eaither Vodafone or siro on the day (witch I booked off work)of my install got told there was a family emergency and had to be put off a week which then lost a days pay for no reason.
I recently bought a house and did a home move and booked a day, same thing again booked a day off work got told the day before there will be a family emergency and the installation had to be put off a week again they then rang the day of the 1st installation date saying they could do it that day that they would ( fit me in) at this stage I was already gone to work and unable to go home and now I have to book a day off next week I think this is just an excuse they use when they are over booked or whatever and I will not use them again after my year is up I would give zero stars if I could

Siro asked if theycould run a cable to side of my house from a public ally. I said yes but when I got home I found a jcb had dug up my lawn. They resowed the lawn but grass seed is quick growing. Now I have uneven growth on grass.
Can't recommend siro enough
Can't recommend siro enough. I live in wexford. Had pure Telecom before I switched. Rang digiweb Monday. Got my new broadband router Tuesday. Siro arrived Thursday morning and they installed the new connection. Extremely neat job. Workmen were fantastic. Talked me through every step and it only took 45 mins. From Monday to Thursday siro kept me updated as to when broadband box would arrive to when installation would take place and the speed of connection coming into the house now is super fast. Amazing.. I can't recommend siro/digiweb enough. Brilliant and was also impressed with the health and safety side of the technicians. Asking me all the covid safety questions they wore masks and gloves also used hand sanitiser and cleaned everything they touched from new broadband box to my front door handle. The job they done is so neat at the front of my property you can't even see the wires. Brilliant
ABSOLOUTELY HORRIFIC thats all i can say
Internet has extremely bad range, drops off a few times everyday, its unusable in 90% of the house (the house isn't a mansion). The other 10% of the house is beside the box and even then its not guaranteed to work. We even installed an internet repeater, which can't help the issues. RUN AWAY FROM SIRO!

I am glad reading the reviews
I am glad reading this review, because I am waiting to get connected after a half-ass job done by ESB. Digiweb is supposed to provide the service but SIRO/ESB didn't complete the installation properly even though SIRO claims is a available. Reading, the reviews I am not confident about this SIRO internet.

SIRO put a Cable 22 meters across the front of my property within a metre of our main bedroom without permission that was taken down after a lot of stress & hassle, they don’t have a contact only get the men working on the ground to do the dirty work by calling around. To me SIRO are not the Company we all thought they would be but a crowd of get rich Cowboys. I contacted COMREG who led me up the garden path Getting me to write registered letters to Vodafone who never replied & then COMREG told me SIRO was outside there remit Which I found strange but I’m not finished yet.
