Simply no support when issues arise. No way of contacting SIRO. When reseller can’t really fix the issues and Airwire doesn’t have a Sunday service so left in the dark.

SIRO broadband is not reliable
I got SIRO broadband about month ago. The speed is ok most of the time. However I get outages on a regular basis. At the moment there is an outage since yesterday. My neighbours who use SIRO have the same issue
About 10 days ago we had a similar issue. Since I work remotely all the time I need a reliable internet connection. I'm starting to get the impression that SIRO broadband is not a reliable enough broadband service to use if you are remote working. So I would not recommend it to anyone
Dreadful Experience
Dreadful experience.
Siro contractors have damaged my shop front at Prospect Hill, Galway while they carried out works outside my premises. They have shown a complete lack of respect with how they have left my shop front. This is devaluing my premises which I own. I have brought it to their attention and they still have not rectified the damages.
Horrible service
Horrible service. It has been taking them around 1 month to install the broadband in my house. First time they couldn't finish the job, then the next available date was 2 weeks after. Came to my house and install the broadband that only worked for one day. Contacted Sky and they blame Siro for not finishing the job.
Call Siro and they blame Sky. Horrible customer service, the first person hang up on me in the first 3 minutes of the call.
The guys that came to my house did a dirty job and left tools behind - came to collect on the same day, but to fix the internet itself never know when they will come back.
Worst service I have ever experienced
Worst service I have ever experienced. After numerous setbacks to getting a cable of broadband pulled from the road to our house we were told on the phone we would be contacted “in the next 24 hours”. Every time we had to make the contact as there was no contact made with us and no word for over a week on one occasion. We were told the cables had been connected and that they “had pictures of the holes dug around our house” even though there had been no digging or holes dug anywhere near our house.
On two occasions installers have arrived at our house looking for a cable that was never dug and we had to send them away.
When Siro finally arrived and dug, they left the cable damaged for Vodafone to install. They came back 4 days later and put down another cable... which we found out was also damaged.
Three months of bills with our previous broadband provider have been paid and we still have no Vodafone WiFi in our house.
A disaster of a service, I would 100% advise on finding someone different to provide your broadband.
Poor Response
I was very disappointed with the response from this company after I was approached by Vodafone to avail of their super fast fibre Broadband in my home. When they discovered two breaks in the underground cable in my driveway, they were not prepared to dig two holes to repair the cable on the grounds that they 'would not be able to restore the driveway to its present condition' I was most disappointed that after being persuaded to join Vodafone and having signed a contract, It was then cancelled by Vodafone. I was not impressed with the end result having been approached by them for my business in the first place.
Not 100% fiber
So. After talking to the sales rep for 40 min. We came to the conclusion that the 100% fiber service actually is not gonna be fiber at all. Because it goes troug the electrical power lines.
