As I am in the fortunate Position not to need a mortgage , I decided I should have a survey on the house ( this is what banks and building societies insist on prior to providing a mortgage). Amazing survey report
Amazing survey report. Steven was unable to answer the phone when I initially called, but I left a voicemail and he called me back very quickly. He arranged our survey within 2 weeks and we received the report the next day. The report was so detailed, way more detailed than any we have paid for elsewhere in the past. We were especially grateful for the suggestions he includes within the report, on how we can maintain the property going forward and what can be done in order to avoid any issues in the future. Can not recommend Steven enough.

Steven responded to my request for a survey promptly, and the report was emailed to me early the next day following his survey of a prospective house purchase. I am impressed by the quality of the report, level of detail, and very clear outline, with photographic evidence, of actual and potential issues with the house.
