Steve was very reasonably priced, easy to deal with, did a very thorough RICS Level 2 survey for us, had our report ready the next day and then was happy to help with follow up questions and advice on getting the issues corrected by the sellers. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Invaluable Report - Great Service
We weren’t going to have a homebuyer survey done, but we were so pleased we did. Steven’s report, which was with us the following day as promised, was extremely helpful. Steven highlighted all the areas of concern we were aware of AND a lot more we weren’t aware of. It allowed us to make an informed decision as to whether to continue with the purchase. The report was set out professionally and was easy to read. Steven offered to discuss any areas of the report we weren’t sure about or needed clarity with. Having the homebuyer survey has saved us a great deal of money and heartache.
