Exceptional experience
Exceptional service from Steven from first contact. I requested a level 2 survey…. The report was detailed and thorough, backed up with photographs. It was emailed within 24 hours even though it was a bank holiday weekend. A follow up telephone call clarified issues raised that were initially beyond my comprehension. The information in the report will not only be a guide to how I proceed with the purchase but will be an invaluable resource to how to maintain the property to maximise it’s potential and value for the future. Level 2 Survey
We opted for a level 2 survey and Steven has been great throughout. Great communication, prompt at booking in to do the survey and quick to send the report over to us. As first time buyers the process can be a bit confusing at times but Steven's report was thorough and easy for us to understand with descriptions and photos. Would 100% recommend.

Steven is extremely professional...
Steven handled my query professionally and provided a quote very quickly. We had everything booked in a matter of hours.
Due to urgency on my part, I opted to go with another surveyor due to the fact that Steven was so busy (no surprise due to his professionalism) and I was issued a refund the same day.
Although we haven't worked together on this deal, I will be using Steven for future projects as his promptness, professionalism and cooperation are superb.

I made an appointment with S Jones Surveying for a personal property valuation to help satisfy a shared equity loan against my property.
