Our work focuses mainly on RICS Level 2 Home Survey Reports (formerly known as HomeBuyer Reports) with or without a reflected repairs valuation. Excellent surveying service
Very extensive survey flagging up all elements of the property and fully detailed with both text and images to make it clear to understand.
Done in a very short turnaround time and was with me within 48 hours of the actual survey taking place. Always available and willing to answer queries either by phone or email and offer advice where possible. Highly recommend.

highly recommend - great service
As first time buyers the survey was something daunting, however, Steven was able to advise and provide very detailed report with pictures and clear instructions. The survey was carries out within days of booking an appointment and the report was received within 24hours of survey completion. Level 2 home survey
Being a first time buyer I was completely new to the process of getting a property survey done. Steven was recommended to me by someone at work and has been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process! He took the time explaining each type of survey offered in detail over the phone and once agreed upon had all the relevant paperwork drawn up within 24hrs and emailed over for me to sign. A date was booked for the survey to be done within 2 weeks of me first contacting him but could have been done a week earlier however I was unable to gain access to the property.
After the survey was completed the report was send over only 2 working days later and was extremely detailed complete with pictures and explanations of everything looked at.
I would recommend highly this company, overall a very helpful and quick process, if I am ever to purchase a property again I will be back in touch!
