Steven did both a valuation on our current property and a Homebuyers survey on a property we are purchasing. I had a good conversation with Steven before the level 2 survey was carried out and he addressed all of our points of concern - we had the report emailed to us on the same day too which was great!

Steve was very easy to communicate with right from the start, He sorted gaining access to property and turned up when he said he would. The survey was clear and easy to read. I spoke to Steve in the following days after receiving survey, he was helpful and always on hand . His survey report contributed to a reduction in the purchase price.I would definitely use his services again.

I've used Steven a couple of times now for house surveys and always had great communication, very knowledgeable and explains things after verbally for me to understand. Steven is very thorough when completing surveys on properties and really takes the time to go through things and explain what next steps are to secure properties and make sure nothing Is a risk.
