Useless.
I signed up for a claim (car finance) because one of the YouTubers I watch said they are good. I have waited months and months getting emails saying that things are happening in the background and they're working on my behalf etc. Today I received an email saying they've closed the claim because I've made a claim with someone else (I haven't). Clearly just some BS company leading you on for no reason. Absolutely useless. Haven't done their research and closed the claim before contacting me about it.

Majority of diesel gate claims rejected by high court, we only had to wait 7 years to learn this. Could I sign up with your firm to make a claim against the individual manufacturer whom produces the bolts in my particulate filter - please respond within the next decade

Fraudulent signature
They keep sending emails saying I instructed them to look at my missold car finance claim. When I said I didn’t they produced a fraudulent form with a squiggle on it saying that I had signed the document and here it is to jog your memory. I certainly hadn’t asked them to work on my behalf as I have already gone directly to the lender.

The regular updates and clarity of explanations have helped to understand a rather complex process.
