Couldn't rate the service any better from the sale in store, the gentleman serving us was friendly, very helpful and informative on the products, helping us find the best matress and pillows for what we need, we left the store very happy. Then the delivery, earlier date than planned, delivered on time and called before to make sure we were home which is always helpful. The 2 fellas had a pretty big task getting what seemed to be the largest and heaviest matress up the narrowest of staircases. They were determined and didn't give up. It took 3 of them half an hour with literally sweat and nearly tears to get the matress up the stairs. We are very greatful and impressed that they managed to get it done all with a smile on their faces. Thank you too Sleepy Hollow for an excellent service. 100% recomment to anyone.

Recently purchased 2 beds from this family business. From first arrival at the showroom Liam was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He listened to our requirements and suggested the beds that we went on to buy. Have to say the experience from beginning to end was faultless. We are really pleased with our purchases and the two men who delivered them made quick work at getting them set up. Happy to recommend Sleepy Hollow and will definitely use again. Thank you.

Sleepy Hollow Beds was recommended to me. I found them to be very knowledgable and friendly company to deal with. The guys delivered and assembled the bed this morning, very happy with my purchase, I will be back to purchase a second bed from them in the future.

We needed a new divan bed and went to dreams at middlebrook as we had purchased our last bed, an ottoman, from then 5 years ago. Because We are both in our seventies we chose a bed then asked them to dismantle the old for us. Too much trouble for them we would have to do it ourselves.
We walked out of the store without making a purchase and by chance called in at sleepy hollow on our way home. Not only did the man help us choose a bed he said he would arrange for the delivery men to dismantle the old one and take it away with them. The bed has just been delivered and the old one taken away by 2 helpful delivery men

I have backache and after some investigation, decided I needed a Harrison Spinks extra firm mattress. Sleepy Hollow was about the only company that stocked it. I ordered it online. Staff were very helpful. Delivery staff were amazing. The kindly lifted my old mattress off and put it in another room.

Wow what a fantastic experience!! We went shopping for a new bed, we visited a few local firms and found this gem. Steve was an absolute pleasure to meet, never laughed so much, he couldn’t do enough for you and very very helpful. Even went out of his way for us to collect a bed. Steve in the showroom was extremely helpful and informative and really listened to our requirements. He took time and showed us a few beds to consider and didn't rush us, or oversell, and left us to make our minds up. When we returned the next day - we opted for a bespoke height -
the ordering process was easy and thorough.
Delivery was very quick. The two men who came to take away the old bed and install the new bed were outstanding. Very courteous and considerate and manoeuvred everything (in a tight space) superbly.
Highly recommend Sleepy Hollow for a great service all round.
