Very accomodating from ordering to delivery, very friendly staff and delivery men

Excellent company, great value for money and efficient delivery time, plus they were very helpful putting the bed together for me. All staff I met were very honest and friendly, I'd recommend Sleepy Hollow to anyone wanting a great service and value for money.

Very pleased with wardrobes & drawers to replace Oak Furniture items. Well made & finished and very reasonably priced. Staff helpful & knowledgeable as usual.

Only gets 5 stars because they don't allow you more... what an excellent company this is. attentive and helpful staff, then on delivery, 2 guys that couldn't do enough for us. Just brilliant.

Fantastic start to finish.

After visiting a few of the national bed stores and receiving nothing but pushy salesman who don’t actually listen. I found Sleepy Hollow and how lucky was I.
The staff was a breath of fresh air, they listened, they had in depth knowledge of the products on display, even gave me a lovely coffee!
They guided me with advice to find the bed most suitable for me and delivered it on a day to that was convenient for myself. They assembled the new bed, removed the old one and all the packaging for me too.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a bed to visit here you will not be disappointed.

Extra visitor at Christmas, called in on the off chance to buy a bed for quick delivery, couldn't be more helpful. Fast, friendly service and a Bolton fan lol 😊 very pleased, thank you so much, Jill. Merry Christmas x

First time I have used the company in over 20 years and service was outstanding. After being let down I needed a mattress asap. It was delivered to the room just over an hour later by 2 very pleasant and polite men. Price was fab too. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys :)

I made my initial enquiry before 09:00 to see if they could possibly deliver a mattress to me on the same day & oh yes ….. it was here within 2 hours.
Really lovely guys & Liam took his shoes off before taking my mattress upstairs.
