New account, only about a month old. So far I've been extremely happy! Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I wish the app was a little more modern. It is simple, but works fine.

So far, SBB has been nothing but excellent in the care and control of our business banking. That says a lot coming from a man that not only swore away from 'banks' years ago after BofA gave me what can only be described as THE WORST banking experience ever. I have only used Credit Unions since 1991. SBB can look forward to our business from this day forward.

I currently have a business account with them and am really happy so far. I've only had to contact them twice but both times the staff was great. The website will need some updating soon but it's functional.

Has the banking functions that I need, but poor online experience
Overall the bank has the functionality that I need (checks, debit, direct deposit, transfers, etc.) and I like being able to call and immediately get a helpful person on the phone. However, the login security is clunky and kind of ridiculous. No one else does it this way (hint, hint). The online experience and the app has the functionality that I need, but the design is lacking. They need to hire a good professional firm to redesign the online experience (web and app).

SMALL BUSINESS BANK GETS THE JOB DONE
So far, it's been a good experience (it's only been 1 week). The customer service is very good. I am waiting for the business credit card which would make it much more convenient versus going to another bank for a business credit card.

Good service but atrocious web portal and apps
Customer service has been excellent. The website and app is usable, but be warned, it looks like a kid made them 15 years ago! They certainly have a lot work to do here for good user experience
The account setup process was quick and the service was great
My only less-than-positive feedback is that the website is quite dated and that there is no way to initiate a bank-to-bank transfer from their end (Wire Transfers are available). Otherwise, my account was set up within 24 hours and their customer service was kind and quick to respond.

Good Banking Company
The website needs updating badly. I'm fairly new and it is horrible trying to find out what link to go to. I used bill pay one time and created the check on 2/13, but my credit card company still hasn't received it (as of 2/22). They should have automatic transfers so I don't know why they wrote a check. Mobile deposits are easy to make!
Good for basics, but that's it.
I've been banking with SBB for almost a year. The website/app is clunky and they don't do international transfers, which is frustrating. They have no in-network ATMs available, even in the very large city I live in. The customer service is great, and it's an affordable way to get some banking basics, but I think I will need to switch to a bank with more services soon.
