Wow- should have read all the reviews first , have been waiting since 27/4/23 after placing an order , so decided to contact them today via email(must be part of the Illuminati) as they are hard to get hold off. After a lot of emails and calls (secret number found online via another let down customer) they decided to reply back saying ‘ I should have paid ‘ that’s it! So I sent them back all the bank correspondence , there account status which in as clear as day, which is in paid category, once all evidence was sent to them, they went into hiding like osama bin Ladens in a cave somewhere! I’ve reported them to my bank and also the right organizations which along with all trust pilots reviews over the years proving they’re a con and shouldn’t be in business at all! My refund is in its way but I will take this further to understand why they’re so arrogant and unprofessional. Sorry for my frustration but these guys need a face to face experience as opposed to hiding behind the curtains. Please avoid them and check reviews before purchasing , can’t see everyone that has reviewed this company being wrong!

I bought some items off their website, arrived very quickly. Fab, however I needed to swap a part and buy more. I have emailed now 3 times and no reply. They have the part I sent back and no refund at all, crazy thing is I need more parts. Never again from these guys.

I only gave this company one star on my last review as the communication was terrible.
I placed a small order on the 11/09/2022 with 48hr delivery,
I emailed the company 3 times with no response.
My part arrived on the 22/10/2022
In a 48hr royal mail package.
I was surprised to ever see my order but there it was.
So many thanks to smartstuff parts.
Just a shame about the bad communication.
If only they were to give a better time frame on delivery I'm sure their reviews would be considerably better.

This company has taken my money, and 4 months on I have no idea if they are going to provide the refund I have requested. They have zero customer service. Do not return calls or emails. AVOID. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
2’nd review as the service gets worse!!!!
This is the second review I feel I need to write because Smart-Stuff are forcing me to sign up to use UPS when all I need is the tracking number. The response that I am given is follow the email link and UPS have sent you an email but you (myself) must not be checking my junk folder correctly.
I am then told because I chose click&collect, which I do not remember and that is because it is in light text after free shipping. I am told that there is nothing that Smart-Stuff can do! Follow the emailed link.
I am becoming completely frustrated trying to retrieve a good service for a company that hides itself behind un-named emails so I have no way of knowing who is replying to me. Buyer beware that you are not valued as a customer who may make a mistake or ask for something after you have clicked ‘pay now’
I am wondering why a simple request for a tracking number cannot be sent directly to me, I am not the customer of UPS and so Smart-Stuff could rectify this problem easily. Sadly they have gone silent and are refusing to help.

Please believe the bad reviews, this is a terrible company to deal with! Ordered parts two months ago and only received one of the two items I ordered (after over a month) Worst of all the did not respond to a single one of my emails or messages - must have sent a dozen messages but not a single reply! Have now placed a claim with my credit card company to recover to money. Avoid!

I am so glad I never looked at reviews for this website before ordering. The service I received was top dollar. They sourced a relatively hard part to buy for my Smart car and had it delivered to me by UPS in less than a week. When speaking to the lady on the phone, she was polite & courteous. I will definitely be buying from them again and will completely ignore any negative reviews.

I asked for a refund. I received a response outlining my statutory right. However - and get this - it was headed -

- in the obvious expectation that it would go straight in to my SPAM box. It didn't.
Made three different orders, paid three separate postages, was sent one package. Refused to refund me the other two postages. Low life crook scrapping every penny from customers (for customer, read mug!).
Look at the positive review below. Someone saying how wonderful the company is and that they are glad they ignored all of these negative reviews? I'd be glad if people would ignore that positive review. Wonder who posted it? Wonder why they took the time and made the effort to look up the company AFTER getting a service we all basically deserve anyway? Maybe the people who have had a bad experience (i.e., the majority) really didn't have a bad experience after all? Maybe they didn't. But I most certainly did.

I wish I'd looked over the review section here before buying some parts.
They sell some TPMS sensors and don't mention anywhere on the page or site that they need coding to the car, absolutely nothing in the jiffy to suggest this either!
After asking why the car came up with an error after fitting they immediately blamed me (and the tyre fitter) for not knowing they would need coding !!!??
The sheer implied arrogance of them will totally ensure I will never buy from them ever again.
"It's not our fault you didn't know" isn't the way forward to retaining customers. A little bit of text on the product page would have completely avoided this.

I ordered a rear valance for my smart. on June 11th. O/N 1071. No contact since then. Tried ringing several times but diverted call just hangs up. Sent an email but no confirmation they received it or response. I will start looking at getting my money back through my bank. What a shame!! I was going to order other parts as well.

this is my story. I placed an order for a pair of tires for my smart. I was contacted by email telling me those tires are out of stock.( they offered me another brand of tires instead and a refund for the difference in price).
