Fantastic.

I had absolutely no problems with my order. Received even faster than expected (I ordered a cover for my Smart Roadster or 'Leakster' as it's also known as !), and it arrived and fitted great, waiting for it to rain now to see how well it holds up, which shouldnt take long in the UK. I got tracking numbers for my order so I could see where it was, and also 3 separate emails confirming it when my order had been confirmed, processed and dispatched. As for the guy below who claimed they were rude, you WERE the one that ordered the wrong thing so technically they shouldn't have had to pay for the postage, neither give you anything for free.. Everyone I know that has used this company both for repairs to their smart and for ordering items of online have never had a bad experience with them, and I have only ever heard of them being cheerful and friendly so you must have been very unlucky.

Very rude indeed

I ordered a 3.5J steel wheel and car jack for my Smart ForTwo as I wanted to make a space saver wheel and paid £80+ £10 postage. I decided to buy an alloy instead and asked for a refund for the wheel only. I got a sharp reply that I need to pay for postage and I would have but then I saw they sent me a 4J size instead and they should replace it free of charge. Then they got funny and said that they don't have the 3.5J in stock and that should be just fine and also that I agreed to pay for postage when I changed my mind and now that I realised that it's 4J I want it for free. Because of that attitude I decided to ask for a refund for the whole lot as the jack was for a Smart ForFour also. Seems to me that since both items were different that what I've ordered I should've got all my money back. I don't care anyway about the £15 I paid for return shipping just to see how a car jack and steel wheel looks like but I'm telling you who you dealing with. Also after all that they told me that I suffer from buyers remorse and they understand. I told them they are being rude and that they're suffering from "sellers greed" and I will tell the whole Smart community about them. Buy from a Smart dealer instead to save you all the trouble. Take care!
