Do not use this company they are a rip…

Do not use this company they are a rip off sending out inferior items to what they advertise and close down the phone on you for complaining that it's not what you ordered. Please this is not me talking sour grapes it's genuinely true. I am only trying to help you

Actually I explained that Turtle Wax had brought out a new version of the item you had ordered and I had sent you that. I apologized that I hadn't noticed it was a smaller bottle and offered a full refund on return to the address on the invoice if you were not happy with it.

They have no idea about customer…

They have no idea about customer service, I'm waiting for more than 30 days for 1 item and didn't receive it, nobody followup at all! the shipping method is soooooo bad and slow, if the courier was swimming he could deliver it faster.

If there is an option to give a 0 star I will choose it 100%

This order was placed overnight on 27/9 and shipped on 28/9. The customer chose the cheapest shipping option, via mail not courier. Royal Mail along with every international post office are struggling with international mail due to Covid causing less flights operating and less staff. He has tracking details and sees the same as we do. His issue is slow mail service not that we were slow to dispatch. We have no control over international mail speeds. Actually this is 100% the customers own fault, it turns out that his country requires use of PO Boxes for mail & he did not provide that information with his address when he ordered! Hardly something that is our responsibility!

Cant understand the bad reviews

Cant understand the bad reviews, did not look at the reviews for this supplier until after I received my Items, and probably not put an order in if I had have seen them.
I placed my order on 19th October and received them on 21st October at 3pm, I was very pleased with the quality and the cost, Many thanks Hope others in future will get the same

XXX AVOID Complete scam company

XXX AVOID Complete scam company, ordered a plug, for a MHD smart, after waiting for 20 days and over 40 phone calls, asking for a tracking number, none was ever provided, Just get put on hold, and they cant get hold of the person dealing with it, AVOID XXX

Or back in the real world. He ordered 2/10, shipped 12/10 (4 of those 10 days were weekends) so shipped 6 working days (counting both day ordered & shipped) T&C state to allow 7-10 days. Previous attempts to order failed as he didn't enter his correct billing address. Then despite the fact that he chose & paid for delivery to a collection point and was told to check for emails, he did not look for them as UPS sent tracking. This was posted as I did not answer the phone as I was doing a school run!

Avoid!!

Placed an order in March and received nothing. Told item was out of stock in July and offered a refund. I am still waiting. Emails are not replied to and you are fobbed off when you call. Never anyone available to take your call. Disgusting customer service.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a product on 23rd May and never received it. The money has been debited from my bank. I have received no communications if there was a delay or a problem with my order so I have emailed the company no answer so I sent a Facebook message and yes you guessed it no answer. Time for me now to contact trading standards as it seems I’m not the only person who has issues dealing with this company.

This customer has been sent several emails, including replies to their one, asking if a meguires kit instead of the no longer produced turtle wax one would be suitable. No reply, clearly hasn't read our emails and so has been refunded.

Totally agree with last post. Have been waiting 15 weeks for an item that was supposed to be on 2-3 weeks back order. Asked for a refund 4 weeks ago and have been completely ignored.

This is a fraud company.

This company do not intend go send you anything they have a website for doing fraud you are supposed to lay an order and pay in advance and that is the last you ever see of your money. Watch out for this company they cost me 280+ pounds.

No communication! No Response !! No idea how they work!!

From the start of the purchase I requested them to tell me how long will it take for the item to be delivered so that I could plan my activities.
They just dont respond ! If you call them, the lady rudely tell you to write to contact us on their site. And when you write on it, they dont respond. Its been three days now and I am continuously writing to them and they dont respond!

Their FAQ from smart-stuff.parts / faqs says:
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: The majority of items are processed the same/next working day, then depending on where you reside will be delivered in 1-2 working days within the UK, 2-5 working days in Europe and 3-6 working days for the rest of the World. We aim to keep you fully informed of any expected delays outside of these times. You will receive a confirmation email on placing your order, a processing order and a dispatched email when your package has been handed to the delivery service.

This is not honored. They even say that some times it takes a week if they have to source the item from Germany. Even that they dont inform! They just keep quiet and dont reply to emails. The only reply I got was their employee complaining that they are really busy and hes the only guy working there! Hows that even my problem? They dont inform all this when the item is being purchased. If there are going to be delays it should be communicated before the purchase and not after (and in this case they dont do that even). I even gave them an option to cancel the ordered if they cannot honor it, which they just ignore as well. And to think, all I asked at the start was an estimate as to when I can get the items.
While I ordered from these guys, I bought the major parts (shocks) from another site which shipped the same day and its even reached me! Now that is service. I have used smart-parts earlier and they were efficient. But I guess this is the last time! Please dont use them if you want your parts on time or even expect any response from them.

I've replied to this customer several times since he ordered but if I stop and answer his every question (about 8 emails yesterday and 6 so far today) I'd simply never get any orders processed, picked, labeled or shipped!

No communication from this company

No communication from this company, they accept order, take payment, confirm order, then cancel it money refunded. When contacted advisor laughed saying under current circumstances i should know why it has been cancelled.
No i do not know why when you accepted the order you must have had the item in stock, if not you should not have taken payment, i now have to try elsewhere for products that i was expecting, and realistically have no chance of getting now.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED

If that was the case why did you send out an order confirmation, you indicated when order was placed that you had the items in stock, if it had said no stock the order would not have been placed

Ordered hand sanitiser product during C19 pandemic. Order was cancelled & refunded as soon as manufacturer told us it was not an item they were currently producing. You placed the order & made payment, we don't take payments, the system (stripe) automatically does it. Not actually a customer as no order accepted! You placed order Saturday morning & refund issued by 10am Monday.

Having read the reviews here I won’t be buying parts from here now . Just grateful that a order I did place payment was take. But was refunded the same day . Having read the reviews I can guess that the reason is that the part was one price but an updated Price was given instead and I’m guessing that’s the case . I’ll go to MB And get one

Right parts, very satisfied

Ordered parts on 3/3/2020 and received them on 3/9/2020. Had no problems at all. Didn’t realize that they were in the United Kingdom when I ordered so I braced myself for long delivery but was fooled. Got tracking notices regularly. Got right parts, very satisfied.

Not Smart at All !

This company should not be used . I've returned items for exchange ,
had no response , no Response to e mails . Phone on divert to call answering service which does not work either , totally hopeless ! Glad they came back , nearly three months later , shows what a shambles this company is . Item return by signed for delivery , so obviously with them , and as many other people have said , donn't use this company >

Returned items back to them and never get refund or even response to my emails. Keep calling to the company some assistance taking my messages, but nobody bother to contact. Do not use this company!!!

Not a customer as didn't purchase anything. Asked if a part fitted his car, confirmed it did but had this as a reply followed by a personal threat to visit me.

"What you have given me is the equivalent to a fat bird saying shes a size 12 but really shes a size 16... but with i little bit of vasaline (then a bit more again) and she will squeeze into a size 12 dress.... things might hang out where there not suppose but yes she hets into that size 12 dress... the point is, is she now a size 12.... i think we can both agree on the answer..."

COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES

Purchased goods 6 weeks ago and paid for tracked parcel.
Have contacted them multiple times asking for tracking details with no response.
Had no choice but to raise a dispute with my Credit Card company

supposedly shipped only after complaint filed with credit card

Purchased part without googling to see their reviews first. BIG MISTAKE. No shipping confirmation received. I email them twice in 1 week, as I am waiting on the part in order to sell my car. I then suspect they are a bogus site, so I google them and see the negative reviews. I file a credit card claim on my purchase. They then respond and said the part was a special order from Germany and that they are only shipping it now 1 week after my order and they threaten me with paying the chargeback they received for failure to ship the order. Unbelievable that sellers like this still exist in 2019! If you run a website where you re-sell car parts NOT in your possession, then you need to tell consumers you take 1-2 weeks just to acquire the part first before you intend ship it to them!

Couldn't read the T&C as clearly stated on our site prior to purchase. Expected economy shipping to US to arrive within 5 days of purchase. Credit Card co agreed with us the customer was unreasonable.
