If this was claimed for successfully the line rental would have been effectively reduced by this.

SCAM !!! Stay away
Only one star as I can't give them zero!!!
Bought my phone 24/08/18 with redemption deal of £120. It's nearly a year since I got it and claimed for the first time the £40 which they owe me according to my maths, however when I sent an email got straight away automatic response that the reply will take up to 72h ...it took them 144h!!!! The whole 6 days to send me this bullishit!!!
Not sure if members of staff did any maths at school??? But otherwise this website is a SCAM!!!

Super fast next day delivery since I placed my order. Good team of customer service. However, it has an issue with ”My Account” which I cannot access to My Account with email and password. I called help line 2 times and they have requested to send me email to reset the password but emails never come. Please fix it immediately
