Staff are super friendly and profile setup was simple. The site was laid out really well and there were plenty of clients available to apply for. Really promising jobhunting site that I'd use again in the future if I needed to.

Clean website, very user friendly interface, the matching system is very handy. I was able to have a lot of visibility to tech companies, and found amazing ones as well. I highly recommend it!
Their staff, and more especially Taz, is very arranging and caring, I was really amazed!

Their first email after you register: "The next step is to schedule a quick 15 minute call with your Talent Manager who will complete your profile for you, so you don't have to lift a finger!"

Give a recruiter different name, it smells the same. I wasted 50 minutes of my time, don't do the same mistake.

I warmly recommend using snap.hr the next time you are looking for a new position. The service is simple, intuitive and clutter free, and the staff is friendly, welcoming and encouraging. Such a better job searching experience than LinkedIn.

I was extremely pleased with the number and relevance of the leads generated as soon as my profile went live on snap.hr. I'd almost say don't bother looking anywhere else. My contact there has also been very helpful and keen.

I have often felt well supported by recruiters and so was a bit skeptical using a service that bypasses them and puts you and prospective employers in direct contact.

My worries were totally unfounded and I found the ability to chat directly with engineering managers and CTO's of companies a real benefit. This made the initial tech and culture fit discovery process so much easier and I am sure smoothed the way for the rest of the process.

I received 3 great job offers in April 2018 from UK based startups. I was searching for mid-senior level software engineering jobs in UK startups.

I found that SnapHR has a great selection of startups, ranging from 2 people to 250 people startup.

Within minutes, I'd registered, uploaded my CV. I'd then received a call next day from their talent manager and my profile went live soon after. I found that several startups were getting in touch with me rather than the other way around.

Their USP has to be the talent manager who is assigned to you. They periodically nudge startups who are taking a lot of time to get back to you, thereby making the process quicker. My talent manager, Amir, gave me a lot of advice on how to negotiate with startups and also gave me words of encouragement.

10/10 would recommend to a friend.

A good solution to the complex recruitment process, the staff has been very helpful and I've received loads of interview invites. I highly recommend them.

Snap.hr was a pleasant experience. Signing up you get a talent manager to help set your profile up before activating it. Once set up you have control over your profile to change it to suit the jobs you are after or looking for. You can use Snap.hr passively or actively, with companies able to contact you directly without middlemen or reaching out to companies directly.
The messaging interface when speaking to companies is also helpful, allowing the company to set meeting time slots which automatically generates an email with a calendar event so you don't have to worry about sticking the interview appointment in your diary. There are still some rough edges to the product overall that I'd like to see ironed out, but to me, this is what LinkedIn should have been, and I'll most likely use it again next time I am searching for a job.

Great experience, they enable companies to contact you directly based on your preferences. Used them twice so far and did land a job so definitely recommend.

One of the better platforms for being seeked by employers. It's much better than conventional agencies since you don't have to deal with 100 phone calls if you don't want to. A lot is automated and most things are optimized for making life easier.

You also tend to be the one contacted by employers so it saves a lot of time. I got my last 2 jobs via snap.hr so I highly recommend it!
