A valuable tool in the job search, a wide range of jobs from a wide range of companies. It’s great to be able to speak directly to the companies advertising rather than via a third party.

I got my latest job via snap.hr, so they work just as well, if not better, than the traditional agency route. I'd certainly use them again alongside recruitment agents in the future.

It was incredibly easy and quick to set up my profile, and I had multiple interviews set up within a few days.

Compared to traditional methods, there is a lot less stress and angst felt during the process, which can only be a good thing. The first (and only) time I worried was when waiting to hear back to see if I got the job — which I did!

If you want your CV seen by employers, this is the place to park it. Ever wondered whether the agency actually *did* send your CV across? Here, you have direct contact with the client and alerts to your inbox, so you can see what is happening all the time. This is not just a passive site. There is a human concierge who monitors progress for you and is every bit as helpful as a traditional recruitment agent. You have to refresh your job search each fortnight - so you will not get pestered when you are not looking. Employers *will* get to see you and you *will* get interviews. I got several in just a few days. Makes you realize just how you screen yourself out if you only go via traditional agencies.

The team at Snap were able to get me into interviews with a great set of potential employers. When I was going through the process there were a few small teething problems with the site itself but I was quickly able to get in touch with them and get them straightened out. But at the time they knew their audience and where honest about the problems they were facing which in my view gave them more credibility in my eyes that they knew challenges that exist in the technology sphere.

At the time the selection of employers was good they ranged from local startups to bigger more established players.

The process of getting interviews setup was painless and not needing to navigate different internal recruitment systems to get CVs uploaded and shared was a big plus.

With regards to the team, as I started going through the interview process one of the founders Raoul was in regular contact to help prep me through the various steps. Everyone who I did deal with was friendly and able to answer any questions I had.

Easy to use, very little hassle and a human contact was available from the very beginning. The job listings tend to fluctuate but there was a respectable selection at the time I used the site. All in all, I found the choices more suitable than those of any recruiter I contacted at the time, and I had better results (60% response, of those almost all proceeded to a phone interview, 100% of those proceeded to technical test).

Top service: great candidates, great account management.

Love these guys... been using them for a while now at CharlieHR & they've helped us find two ace candidates now. Not as crowded as the others... so easier to manager and find the right candidates.
