With excellent customer service from the first enquiry, the whole team at Ovo South West have been friendly and professional. Knowing very little about the technology myself, they explained everything to me in plain English and I was reassured I was getting what was right for my property and family.

Genuinely pleased to work with a company that delivers on its promises and which employs very friendly tradesmen.

Planning, installation and follow up's were completed without any fuss.

The company Acer that installed the panels had also installed an Air Source Heat Pump System for us three years previously. We decide to install the panels because we knew Acer to be a first class company with first class customer care. The installation process from start to finish was easy and pain free. We now have an excellent system powering the house and exporting to the grid. Doing our bit for the environment and saving money. Win win all round Thank you Acer . Another great job.

It would have been 5/5 but you needed to replace the inverter, which was tripping the house when in power cut mode.

I called Ovo on 24th Feb to ask about the process of getting a new boiler as our existing one was beginning to fail. I thought this would be a lengthy process but they explained it clearly on the phone and put in a request for an engineer survey to take place the following day.

The engineer, Matt, text me to advise the appointment time and he arrived on the dot as promised. He was very friendly, explained a bit of background about our existing boiler type, and gave some advice on what he would recommend for the replacement. We confirmed with him that we wanted to go ahead, he offered an install date of the next day but we were going on holiday, so we agreed for the install after we got back. An advisor from head office called me that afternoon to confirm the installation and take the deposit.

Matt came back on the agreed date and worked on fitting the new boiler for a few hours, he kept us updated on the progress periodically and made sure everything was up and running completely before he finished up. He even showed us how to use our new thermostat before he left. The new boiler has been amazing and made such a difference to our heating/hot water situation and truly made life a bit easier for us.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and the flue collar had come loose and fallen off in some bad weather. I called Matt to check this wasn't going to cause a problem and he came back out today to replace and secure it. That's brilliant customer service right there. Thank you Matt and Ovo, we are very happy customers.

Fantastic installation and really high tech equipment used

James, Danielle and Rhys have helped to guide me through the process of design, specification and installation in a clear, helpful and professional manner.
I now have a solar and battery system installed which is working perfectly.
Throughout the process there was always someone on hand to answer my questions and sort problems out quickly as they arose.

Amazing staff from start to finish, they were able to assist with a fast response when i had any questions and was able to complete the works quickly even with the age of the house making things difficult i.e drilling through the old brick walls. After the electrical work was complete and tested the work area was left clean and tidy and also went through how everything works.

Process from start to finish was executed with great professnalism.

Excellent work, very neat with little interruption to my day. The electrical installation and the fitting of the roof panels went very smoothly and efficiently. All the technicians that completed the installation were very approachable and professional.

The whole experience from start to finish was first class no sales pressure just honest conversations when they said work was going to start it started from scaffolders to Cam who fitted the panels and Stuart the electrician every thing went like clockwork. Stuart even had the patience to teach a women of a certain age how to set up the app much appreciated Stuart thank you. It is really refreshing to find a company who do what they say they are going to do and do it. Thank you all very much

The instalation proceeded exactly as planned. The scaffolding went up and came down efficiently. The 3 instalers were polite, friendly, skilled and effiecient. They consulted us on our requirements and met them. The kit was installed very neatly and is of high quality.

Mark was knowledgeable and really friendly. He was always quick to respond to queries and really helped with our certificate of lawful development applications. The installation was smooth and problem free and the guys were really tidy and unobtrusive. Would 100% recommend
