Received Used Glasses

Sadly I purchased a p[air of Maui Jim Sunglasses. When they arrived they were not in original packaging, the sunglasses case was just thrown in to a big box, there was a loose pamphlet and a torn piece of bubble wrap. When I opened the case the lenses were smudged heavily with fingerprints. There was no cleaning cloth. I have purchased Maui Jims before but have never purchased from Solstice. I reached out to customer service and no one got back to me. Beware, this was extremely disappointing!!

Worst experience ever

Unfortunately my glasses have yet to ship at 12 days out. After 4 emails, I finally received a response informing me that they were sold out. They offered to send another pair but failed to respond to my request for an exchange. Worst customer service and experience ordering online ever. Still no glasses or refund

I contacted them for my placed order…

I contacted them for my placed order and it’s still not being shipped. I emailed them and haven’t received a reply. I am worried about potential failure to ship my item and how about the money I paid and my bank is asking for a payment. I have to write this so people will be aware of online placing orders with this website. I should have bought the sun glass at sunglasshut where I already have the best experience. I was caught busy the difference in discount that’s why I bought from here.

I purchased a years worth of contact…

I purchased a years worth of contact lenses and they only sent me three boxes instead of four and they said it was because they wanted to rush them to me and they were out of stock for the most part so I put my contact lenses in and I cannot see through them so I thought maybe my prescription changed so I went to my eye doctor and he told me that those Contact lenses for stigmatism are not for stigmatism and also counterfeit My Doctor is from Chyna and he straight up said that he has seen Rolex watches that look just the same as the real thing and he said that Chyna does counterfeit a lot of products but there wasn’t even a mark on the line stating it was from Bausch and Lomb. Ridiculous

This review is for the Houston Galleria new location

This review is for the Houston Galleria’s new location. I went in to have a pair of Celine sunglasses adjusted which were purchased from Solstice a while back. I have never seen such two lazy employees sitting in chairs. The one said he wasn’t allowed to adjust the sunglasses. Such a loser!! I went down to LensCrafters and they were happy to help. Don’t know who you are hiring these days. The past location was definitely better. You need to hire employees who want to work. I will never step foot in that store again!

Good customer service. Poor item condition.

In-store customer service was excellent, informative and helpful.
Packaging and quality control was terrible. When I received the package ordered (Gucci sunglasses), the only content inside was the sunglasses in the case. It wasn't in an item box --which is the case with most luxury brands, or even a plastic seal. No bubble wrap, nor scrap paper, nothing to secure the item. Upon inspection, the sunglasses had makeup along the nose pads. A week later, I decided to return the item. When I returned the item in-store, the manager informed me there were light scratches along the lens. Fortunately, I explained the situation and she granted me a return. I'm baffled as to how unobservant employees working in quality control and packaging are.
